The staff at this place is amazing, the whole breakfast staff is top notch, thank you Bert, Djoko, Sarah and everyone else. Looking forward to next year. Rooms were clean, felt very safe staying. We have been going for years and it still has a lot of same staff that recognize us, which is great! Would definitely recommend this hotel

Djoko and Bert are exceptionally! They’re so great and the level of hospitality is rare, especially Djoko. Thank you for a great trip! I would totally come back. The food was amazing. There is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect.

Chose to stay here based on comparing prices on google, couldn't have worked out better in my favor. Walked in and was absolutely shocked at the classiness of the place. We were shocked again in the morning when I saw the breakfast spread. our room was clean and larger than expected, housekeeping was fast and friendly when they came by. the front desk gentleman that assisted us upon check in had some great things to say about the area. cant say enough great things about the hotel and its staff. next vacation to OKC this is the place to be.

I had to stay in OKC against my will for work for an entire MONTH. Luckily I stayed at the Embassy Suites. The entire staff was very nice and made me feel at home here. Shelby, Bert, and Tiffany were like family to me. Every night there's a social hour which I highly suggest. Awesome breakfast too! Great location because it's near the airport and across the street from the Mug. If you're coming to OKC for the FAA Academy, stay at Embassy Suites.

We came to town for our daughter’s college soccer game and stayed at the Embassy Suites because it was close to the airport and 20 min from OU. The hotel was nice and clean and the most enjoyable part was the complimentary breakfast. My wife and I ordered an omelette from the omelette station and the cook and employees working the eggs were so nice and went out of their way!! Djoke not only smiled and worked cleaning things and filling food, he would say “anything for you” and just had the customer service of happiness and friendliness that made us talk about enjoying Embassy Suites and wanting to stay at their hotels when we travel. Thank you for a great omelette and breakfast and going out of your way!!

Nice room with full breakfast in the morning. Plenty of room two room suite. Should have booked a handicap room near the elevator. But will do next time . Close to freeway and lots of places to eat. Enjoyed big screen TV . Bathroom a bit small for us because we need extra room .

Overall I would say the hotel stay was great. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Shelby. Breakfast was always hot and ready ! VERY VERY CLEAN! The hotel is not that far from downtown. Only thing I would say was an inconvenience was none of the ice machine was worked on the floors. Other than that we would comeback and I would recommend others to stay

My husband and I stayed here one night.The first room smelled like a dog had been staying there. We asked for another room an it also had a bad scent.The breakfast is not like it used to be an is not made to order.The pancakes are frozen pancakes. Not real pancake batter.The only thing that is made to order are the omelets
