We drove up for a long weekend, and first off loved the aesthetic, clean, but with some history. The front desk was very friendly, and the valets would frequently offer water as we were heading out to explore a nice touch. We received an upgrade to a suite, so the room was spacious, with the living area highlighted by a curved wall of windows. ||Right in the heart of downtown OKC, which is amazingly quiet on the weekend we were there, there were plenty of places to dine, shop, and attractions, all within easy walking distance. As we arrived after a full work day, we simply ate in the bar and enjoyed a tasty pizza and live music. ||The only blip was breakfast in the Perle Mesta. The pace was very European, so if you're in a hurry, it would be frustrating, but as we were in no hurry, we waited. So, while the eggs and such were fine, although underwhelming for a restaurant that hosts a James Beard-winning Chef, one thing stood out as mildly shocking, the Biscuits & Gravy, a southern mainstay. It was served with a dark brown gravy, almost more of a sauce. While that was mildly off-putting, it tasted like it was better suited for a meat & noodle dish, not a breakfast staple. ||Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel, and if we find our way back in OKC, we'd defiently stay again.

I recently stayed at the Skirvin Hotel and I must say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally attentive, going above and beyond to make not only my stay but everyone's stay comfortable and memorable. A special shout out to the valets as they were courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The Red Piano Bar was a real treat; the music added a sophisticated touch to the evenings and created a perfect ambiance for relaxation. The room itself was stunning, spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Every detail was thoughtfully considered ensuring the most comfort.

I can't say enough good things about my stay at the Skirvin. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch services, a relaxing atmosphere, and elegance. 10/10 I recommend and I will definitely be returning!

Love the architecture, and the pre-war design. Rooms have not been over modernized like so many box hotels. This place has charm and character in a good way. Clean and inviting.

The Skirvin is a wonderfully historic hotel modernized just enough to not take away from its history. Check in/out was quick and easy. The Red Piano bar is lively and fun.

Our meeting rooms were perfect. The staff was quick to take care of our needs, and make last minute changes.

The hotel has a restaurant next door, but didn’t appeal to our casual eating needs. There are a couple of coffee shops within walking distance.

Overall, our experience was positive.

I really wanted to like this hotel, and there are some things to like. It is a beautifully restored historic building, which is a plus. The rooms are large, and the beds comfortable. However, the management needs to pay more attention to details.||After a full day out at appointments, I came back to a room that had not been touched. The bed was unmade, the trash was not emptied, the empty glasses had not been picked up, and I had no clean towel to take a shower before dinner, and I was in a time crunch. (The hotel is supposed to provide daily housekeeping.) The front desk didn't answer the phone when I called from my room, so I got dressed and walked down to talk to someone in person. I was told housekeeping would come right away. But they did not. And so I had to call again, this time getting an answer but still greatly delayed on anyone showing up at my door.||If this were a Hilton Garden Inn, I would expect less on service. But at a Hilton property like this, I expect more.||A huge oversight is the bizarre room service menu offered. Where else in America can you not order a hamburger or some basic food from room service. I wasn't in the mood for a Wagyu steak. So I went to the bar and found a hamburger and fries. But the bar is not allowed to sell desserts. What? Who thought that was a good idea. ||The next night I ate a chicken Caesar salad in the bar and nearly broke my teeth on at least four chicken bones not properly removed. ||Nice property, good location, nice rooms (don't expect a view though) but somewhat lacking in basic service. This should be an easy fix for management.

Wonderful hotel. The architecture is gorgeous. It is within walking distance to OKC Museum of Art and other attractions. The room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. Had pre-dinner cocktails in the Red Piano lounge and dinner at Perle Mesta. Outstanding service, food and relaxed atmosphere. One note is they no longer have self-parking, only valet. Wasn't a problem for us & quickly brought up our car. But should know in advance.

The Skirvin Hotel is amazing. Large luxury rooms, quiet and very comfortable bed.
My only negative was the front desk guy with zero personality. They also didn’t have any pens and paper notepad in the room. The downtown OKC area is very quiet. In two nights I never heard a siren

This a beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. However, we had to change rooms twice in order to find a room that did not smell of mold and dampness. I actually had an allergic reaction in one of the rejected rooms. As I said, the staff seemed unsurprised when we requested the room changes and we’re very eager to make us happy.
