They care about my stay and are always willing to help with any questions.||Luis is a patient and attentive bartender always checking in about needs for food and drink.||Yolanda makes the very best customized omelets in the city! She has a bright smile and always a cheerfully contagious attitude in the mornings. I am thankful she helps me start my day off right!

They have a great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is very convenient and timely for both pick-up and drop-off. It runs very early morning as well so if have first flight out in the morning they get you there. Only 10 minutes from airport as well so works great for business travel.

This hotel is weird it looks nice from the outside but the rooms aren't very clean. Housekeeping here isn't good. I had to go buy a van of Lysol so I could clean the toilet.
The price is way too high for the rooms. These rooms are literally worth 55 maybe 60$
Front desk was nice but took a very long time to check us in. We were told the front desk guy would be right back then we waited for 30 mins.
Will never stay here again and Hilton needs to fix properties that carry their name.

The rooms are unsanitary. Upon checking in I went to my room to discover dried urine on the toilet, hair on counters, desk and shower area. Which prompted me to check the bedsheets... one bed had food stains and the other revealed many small hairs. Housekeeping tries to pass the room off as clean by making beds with soiled linens. I called down to front desk to get my own clean set of sheets and re-make the bed and cleaned the room myself. There's a layer of dust on the light switches, all along the perimeter of the floor and black scuff marks all over random parts of the wall. I would stay elsewhere as there are many options in the area. No one seems to care and no one apologized nor mentioned speaking to a manager or housekeeping about the lack of bare minimum upkeep. Every time I passed by the lobby, employees are hanging out at tables with each other and eating hotel snacks. Seems the employees are in agreement the current conditions don't bother them.

Best place to stay in OKC. Erika and Austin are always wonderful and take care of me everything I visit. The place is clean and staff is always very welcoming. Food here is wonderful as well. The staff here is the reason I always return. Erika and Austin take good care of me.

Booked because it was close to airport for one night getting in at 1am from late plan the front desk guy wouldn’t open the locked lobby door to let us in even though we were standing right in front of him then he wouldn’t take my Apple credit card because there were no visible numbers on it… he literally thru it at me over the front desk. The hallway smelled like urine, our room was big w a desk and kind bed but old and the pillows smelled ?definitely not up to par with other Hilton garden inn I have stayed at for a quick layover in cities. Other hotels same street recommend booking one of those instead of this one
