I had a reservation 10-17-24. We have stayed here many, many times. WAS our favorite local hotel. We usually have no complaints, until now. This time we were told they couldn't accept my credit karma
debit card. We end up having to pull over to look online for another hotel. Which we ended up finding almost an hour later, & my card worked just fine there. Only rooms there, cost me more $. Although we found another place, we would of much rather stayed here like usual & as planned. I've been a member for like 7years. I couldnt believe I was being treated that way. I was so embarrassed and treated very poorly.

This place was super clean!! The rooms were well stocked with basic items. We enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub as well. The breakfast wasn’t bad, there were some different options at the breakfast bar. The location is a little sketchy but other than that it’s a nice and clean hotel!

Itzel, the front desk clerk, is one of the rudest people I have ever met. The first night she was rude. I figured that maybe she was having a bad day. However, i quickly found out that it's her norm. She spends more time on her phone then actually helping. Everything when I seen her, she was on her cellphone.

I requested that the room/suite be refreshed. It wasn't. I came back after being gone all day to no towels, no cups, no coffee, no supplies and the trash still there. There were no additional trash bags for the next day. She claimed that the sign for points instead of refreshing your room was on the door according to housekeeping. I told her that it wasn't. It was on the room door next to mine. I requested that I be credited my points since the room wasn't refreshed. She refused. There was no apology issued just more rudeness. When I asked for at least some towels, she still had an attitude.

Do better Holiday Inn. This is unacceptable.

The neighborhood nearby may appear a little rough, but the hotel is in a good location and the parking gate is closed from 11pm-6am.||Although right on I35 (if you have an even number room you will probably be able to see it out your window), surprisingly quiet. We had an even number room and never heard the interstate apart from 1 ambulance.||The room was clean, felt safe. A lot of tv channels, reasonable quality products in the shower.||I would suggest it to anyone who is going to Bricktown for the evening.

Positive: Room was large, with sofa. Walk-in shower. Beautiful indoor pool. Free breakfast had many choices. Entire hotel very clean. Negative: Location not the best, but it was easy drive to center of city.

Made a reservation using my IHG reward points for 7/27 to 7/28. I traveled 180 miles and when I attempted to check in, I was told that I could not use either credit card that I had. Both cards had more than enough money for the 25$ incidental fee. The app did not state that I needed certain credit cards when I booked and the front desk man with the ginger hair looked very unprofessional.
I highly suggest going somewhere else. They don't care about their members from what I could tell.

It was a nice room suite king size bed but we had roaches in our room we told the front desk she didn't act too worried about it ? we killed the roaches but that's still gross beds was hard and uncomfortable

While the stay is exactly what you want, there are definitely some improvements that could be made to the breakfast and the soundproofing.

The beds were beyond comfortable and the room was huge. Staff kept the place immaculately clean. Anything I needed was accommodated right away.

However, I wish I could have had some ear plugs to deafen the sound of children running down halls and opening the elevator doors at midnight. I'd also love more options like their cinnamon rolls and less like their turkey bacon.

Overall, great for the price and would stay again.
