I was compelled to write this review because of the breakfast i had. Everything here is overpriced. I’ve gotten a similar room for 1/3 of the price at a red roof in.

The breakfast was an entirely different disaster.
Online it says the buffet is $15.99 but we got charged $19.99. The eggs were instant and dry. The bread was stale, and the milk I had was sour. There wasn’t a waffle stand like many of the other cheaper and complimentary breakfasts I’ve had. The potato’s and grits were good, but overall that was the most expensive hotel breakfast I’ve had and it was by FAR the worst. I will usually choke down any meal you give me, but I wouldn’t feed that stuff to my dog. Not to mention SOUR MILK. HORRIBLE not worth the money at all.

We stayed here for The Eras Tour and had the best experience! We had two rooms and they were both ready for a very early check in Thursday morning which was super convenient. The staff welcomed us with friendship bracelets and added the cutest Swiftie details for the weekend (photo backdrop in the lobby and themed cocktails were our favorite!) All of the hotel employees were very kind and helpful. We were able to walk to so much from the hotel and felt very safe in the area, as well as walking to and from Caesar’s Superdome. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting New Orleans!

My friend and I stayed here for the Eras tour. The location was great and was in walking distance from the Superdome. The staff were all very friendly. However, we prepaid for our entire stay in full back when we booked in January. During our stay, I was charged the room rate every single night, and when I spoke to the front desk about this, I was assured that these charges would stay pending and would drop once I checked out. I checked out 5 days ago and the entire balance has been charged to my card, and is not pending. While I do see a refund for this amount, the refund is pending, so there is a very large portion of my credit limit being used on my card (our stay was honestly very expensive), and has been for 5 days now. Like I said, I prepaid in full almost a year before this trip, so I’m not sure why I was charged again. This is extraordinarily inconvenient. I have prepaid my stay with other companies, and this did not happen.

We are loyal Hilton honors clients, we always enjoy our stay at any Hilton hotel, however this stay was the least pleasant that we have ever had. Check in is at 4pm, we arrived at 4pm, yet the lobby was full of guests standing around with luggage all over the place. No one’s room were ready. We got our room over an hour late. This made us late to our event. Once in the room, the A/C did not work. Maintenance came and did a temporary fix but asked us not to change the temperature, so the room was at 67 degrees all night, this was too cold for us. They said there were no other rooms that they could move us to. The staff was very rude and un friendly, they displayed an unwillingness to help attitude. The lobby floors and environment were so dirty. Even the custodial staff was rude. Their was an older gentleman who helped with the luggage, he was the only pleasant person in this hotel. Very uncomfortable stay.

I visited this hotel recently for my mom's and sister's birthday. The parking is expensive, but the location is fantastic. The rooms are small and an older hotel, but it looked to be well maintained. Kara checked me in, and she was very friendly and nice. She gave me some extra recommendations for food, and I appreciate her giving me them. This was not my first time in New Orleans. I come frequently, but I usually stay outside of the touristy areas. The service at this hotel was lacking. When we arrived, the valet was friendly, and we were told we had to get full service to bring our stuff up. However, when we left the bellhop, Jake was nowhere to be found. They will not let you get the cart, so we had to lug everything out because we had to go. I also asked for a few items from room service during our stay because I didn't get my room cleaned the days I was there. It was my choice, of course, and they were out of basic things like cups. I also asked for a blanket the first night and they said they were out. I feel like this is a Hilton, and we paid Hilton money, so in the future, they need to up their game.

During our stay The staff was Very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean the entire time of our 2 day stay. They offered umbrellas for the rainy weather and made sure we were attended to. We did valet for 2 days & LaMonte was amazing!! Thank you

First we were given the incorrect room type. When it was resolved, we thought we should have kept the room we had. The bathroom smelled like a sewer, the vent didn’t work. A door was falling off the drawer that contained the safe. A metal piece was sticking out on the bed and I scraped my leg on it multiple times until I thought to covered it with a wash cloth. We were finally moved to another room. That bathroom had no vent at all. The door where the safe was contained was missing all together. Both rooms could have been cleaner. This hotel definitely has some age to it and by Hilton standards is in need of an update. |As for the bell and valet staff, they provided outstanding service on every encounter. |This hotel does provide a convenient location to many restaurants, attractions, shopping and transportation options.
