This was a very nice BW+. Overall, the hotel was very clean and inviting. The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit strangely laid out with the bathroom lavatory in the living space rather than in the room with the bathtub and toilet. The bed, which is one of the most important aspects of a hotel room was very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is near a variety of restaurants and tourist attractions, e.g., Warner Brothers & Universal). So, if your ‘business’ is in Burbank, this is an excellent choice of hotel.||The breakfast, however, at this BW+ was disappointing. Considering that this was a BW+ and given the high—end aspects of the hotel (e..g., furniture and fixtures), the expectation was higher. But the selection was limited and more typical of a lower-end BW. The coffee machine was good, providing a fresh grind of coffee for regular coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, etc. However the machine is rather slow, causing a back-up of guests at busy times. ||Parking was provided in an underground garage, which was well-lit, very clean, had generously sized parking spaces, and could accommodate a large number of vehicles.

It's a quiet hotel, with an underground parking garage. I was worried it'd be cramped but it was a good amount of space and easy to go in/out. The hotel itself was very hot, but could've been the sun let in through all the windows. I will say the AC definitely took a while to cool down our room, but eventually it lowered so I was satisified!||I think the rooms could've been cleaner; however, I had a good stay for the price and location to Universal Studios Hollywood.

All good. Bed and bath were nice and clean. Water pressure in shower was disappointment. Breakfast was okay, would be great if the specialty coffee machine was working. The coffee maker in room was great as well as the fridge and microwave. Overall I would recommend this place when you in the area, pleasure and/or business. Oh under structure parking was abundant and free here!!! A++

VERY disappointed with the service (or lack there of). Very overpriced. No late check out (i even asked if I could pay for a half or even a 3/4 a day) but they said no, so I had to book a FULL extra day even though we didn't sleep there another night. Lobby Clerk that sat at front desk never greeted us, never looked up from phone or computer to say good morning or good afternoon. My mother is elderly and we asked for an extra pillow - we were told "NO, we don't have any extra pillows". What hotel doesn't have a single extra pillow. I am guessing this is new ownership - stayed here before years ago and used to put my parents up 2007 - 2014 when they visited and it was SO much better. Very disappointed

We spent a couple nights in Burbank and chose this Best Western because of the proximity to the activities we planned to do. Warner Brothers, the tar pits, and Griffith Observatory is all within a few miles. And for those who are nostalgic for good burgers, Bob’s Big Boy restaurant is right across the street. Yum. The bed was nice and comfy and even though there was remodeling going on, we heard nothing and slept very well. Our room was freshly remodeled so the room was pristine.

Place was clean, comfy beds, descent breakfast, free parking. It was a last minute booking, night reception person was friendly and nice. Morning person was running the breakfast area and front desk and making sure you were out by 11am sharp. A bit annoyed.

I’m giving this hotel two stars. We were excited about staying in Burbank at this hotel and had reservations months in advance. To our surprise, we drove around the corner to see the hotel being painted with scaffolding around the building. No one told us the hotel would be renovated, and it was not on the website. When we checked in, no one at the front desk apologized about what was happening or even told us about our room, which was a big surprise when we got to the room to find that the window was covered up, and we were very claustrophobic. I asked to move room and was told they had no other rooms; all the windows were covered. | If I had known, I would have found another hotel. Signs in the lobby with flyers stated that we could cancel our room without penalty. But after driving for 8 to 9 hours, I didn’t feel like looking for another hotel. I don’t understand why the hotel management didn’t notify us before our arrival or tell us when we booked, which was not on their website. There were no comments on the website about the pool being closed or at the front desk; it wasn’t until we went to the pool that we found it closed. When you book at this hotel, you're at your own risk on what you get. The breakfast was the worst free breakfast I’ve had. They didn’t have any hot water for tea or oatmeal the three days we were there. The lobby and room were clean.

WORST experience I ever had. This hotel is awful. I usually never write reviews, but this time I wanted to be helpful to others who may be considering staying here.
Upon arrival, we were not informed about the hotel construction. Even at the front desk, the guy spend 10 minutes but he couldn’t find any notice in their website about it.
The rooms was dirty with a tiny shampoo and body wash for the family of four.
We found the GIANT cockroach in the hallway !!!!! We never aver will back in this hotel.
