I recently stayed at the Lalit Jaipur Hotel and had a mostly pleasant experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. From the moment I checked in, I felt well taken care of, and the front desk team made the process smooth and efficient.

The amenities at hotel are quite impressive. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa, and a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was particularly noteworthy, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options.

An excellent hotel with great ambiance, very good location and gourmet food. Check in experience was good, and the meeting halls are excellent. The conference facilities provided are good. The downside is poor maintenance of the room. The electronic keycard provided didn't work and the housekeeping staff opened the room. The new key was sent which worked but the door was stuck and still couldn't open. The maintenance staff did hit and trials to open and yes it did. The door opened every time after hit and trials and could not be solved during the stay. Same problem with TV which didn't work. The steam bath despite keeping the temperature to 50 degree centigrade didn't produce the effects and the attendant agreed to this. Well maintained swimming pool and Gym was the positive. Overall a good experience but maintenance of the rooms is a letdown.

Terrible Experience

My father recently stayed at The Lalit Jaipur last week during a business trip, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was very disappointing.

I’m shocked that they claim to be a 5-star hotel. This place doesn’t even come close to that standard. The hotel has two different premises on the same property, but they fail to clarify that the rooms are vastly different in quality. Unfortunately, my father was given a room in the older section, which was in terrible condition and far from what you’d expect from a 5-star establishment.

The room was poorly maintained. Dust covered nearly every surface, showing that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The table had visible tea and coffee stains. The bathroom was even worse—the floor was very dirty! and no hand towels or bath mat provided.

I emailed the hotel 3-4 times using different email addresses to address these issues, but no one ever bothered to reply.

Had I known, I would have never booked a room in the older section. This hotel is far from deserving of its 5-star status.

While I appreciate the good service from the staff and the nice premises, these positives don’t make up for the disappointing room conditions and lack of communication. If you value clean room and transparency, avoid this hotel.

Great hotel in terms of room, view, hospitality, pool, gym and of course food. A special mention for the spa team, they are really great at their work. The booking is quick and the massage therapy is just awesome. I had my massage done with Benti, she is very skilled. Overall, my experience was great and everything felt relaxing.

P.S - I would love to come again to "The Lalit" Jaipur❤️
