This resort was a nice experience for my family and friends. This place is perfect for the summer experience with many fun experiences that will be memories you'll never forget especially if you go with family and friends. Also has a very expectational water park that appeals to both adults and children as they have many fun rides that you go on with family and friends. They also have expectational places where you can relax by their nice pools. The service was not exactly exceptional but still nice they just weren't able to attend many people. The accommodation and rooms were nice their were different buildings for nicer rooms. My family got the suite so it was quite a nice room and was able to sleep decently. One thing is their is not much to do in the night mainly go there for the activities you can do in the day light like also their golf courses. Overall a nice experience that you should try but also consider some of the other things like their service and prices.

We celebrated a birthday and it was one of the most beautiful experiences. Tidal cove was so refreshing, the food was on point! Alejandro, Paulo, and Daniel offered exceptional service all day long at the pool and bar! I recommend the Sangria pitcher for this hot Miami heat! The cabana was very spacious helping us cool down comfortably. Staying overnight at the hotel was so relaxing, there’s so many activities for everyone to enjoy! Rooms were squeaky clean and beds are so soft. The view was totally worth it.

Great service from Evan and Dennis. They were the best. Highly recommend. We had fun at the pool bar, if you happened to stay here definitely go there and ask for Evan. |Dennis has been very helpful as well as soon as we joined. Definitely one of the best places we've been so far.

We stay at the Turnberry for 2 nights and 3 days. This is our second time. This hotel is great. A lot of friend have also been at this hotel and they highly recommend.

I love the cleanliness, the easy access to the restaurants and also fast room service.

They have valet parking accessible it is $50 per night. Also they have a Starbucks at walking distance from the main doors of the hotel, it is literally in the same building.

The pool is amazing and if you stay at the hotel the water park is included. Water park was great for us, also good for families and kids . They have a lacy river, a kids water playground, a great slide for adults, pool bar, surfing pool and swimming pool.

This hotel has also 3 restaurants inside a breakfast restaurant, also a stake house and another bar restaurant in the front.

Rooms are easy access for all ages and the customers service is good.

This is a beautiful hotel but unfortunately disappointed us immensely with service. We usually have such wonderful times at family resorts with Marriott but unfortunately waited four and a half hours for our room AFTER 4pm quoted check in time. Many staff members told us over and over that our room was getting it's final review only to finally have the manager share that they ran out of linen and were waiting for it. Front desk staff were miserable and when we walked into the on-site Starbucks, the staff said "hello, we close in 2 min" then rushed us through our order.
The food and drinks are expensive on site but tasty. Sad the service was so bad because the pool slides are fun and lazy river is relaxing for kids and parents. Once we finally did get our rooms, they were comfortable and beautiful. Sadly, still can't recommend. This was during a day where pool staff told us it was a comparatively "slow day" of business. I can't imagine what a mess it would have been during the height of the season. We will not be back.

I have stay at this hotel 5 times in the last 3 years. However this is the worst me and my family have been treated as a customer. I understand the hotel has rules but this is no way of treating a customer. I took 1 towel from the pool for my 3 year old child not to get to my room wet, specially when the air conditioner in the lobby it’s so cold. I was treated like a towel thief by security supervisor Mr Pierre. He has no customer service approach or respect. He is security to keep pool safe not to mistreat families that just come here to have a good time. I told him, I will bring towel back since I am staying here a not a day pass. He threaten to remove towel from my child and remove my family from the property. Next day I brought the towel back to the pool.
Next day, at the kids water park. I left my child’s shoes and clothes in our chair where I have been staying all day. Eating and drinking with the server. I told her to close my account, that my child was going to take a nap and I will be back. I left at 2 pm and be came back at 4 pm. I understand that there is a 45 min reserve chair. However they throw away my child’s cloths and shoes. When I asked them what happened to my stuff. They direct me to lost and found. I found my kids clothes, with the dirty towels.
Needless to say, horrible service. This is a “high end” hotel or at least it was my opinion. The staff that is working now, very rude and disrespectful. Thanks

We stayed here for 4 nights during hurricane Milton and it was great, rooms were clean and beautiful, staff were nice. Location was great right next to a great mall. Beautiful property and well maintained. The only bad part is we were staying above the Corsair restaurant and the golf course was loud enough to wake me up.

Used Marriott points to stay and bill at check out still $136. Valet $55, resort tax $78.
Room: old, broken balcony window wouldn't close, bath fan sounded like an aircraft taking off and crashing. Bottom sheet too small for the bed. Terrible TV channel choice, ice maker on 3rd floor broken, shower massive but water pressure pathetic. The people who design and equip these rooms should actually stay for a night. Not 5 star - not even 3 star.
Told reception in the morning without a hint of anything approaching an apology.
