I had a pretty good experience here. There were a lot of bikers that booked the same day as us and the front desk lady Melody was amazing ! She handled the lobby by herself with at least 30 people trying to check into their rooms. She provided me with all the answers I needed and felt like she genuinely cared about providing everyone good service. The room was nice and tidy. One of the smoothest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Do not stay at this location, especially if you have a family. The management member that responded back to me lied in her response stating that they were buyer groups for two days. I had to cancel my reservation after two days because they were there for two weeks and they are still there. Please do not respond. This is the worst neighborhood to ever consider bringing anyone and don’t think about going out at night. These hotels are for homeless people or vagabonds, and that’s pretty much it. The rest of us were suckered in by the false advertising. Don’t be fooled by the pictures either because they’re definitely not the ones that are of that hotel.
RESPONSE TO WHOMEVER WROTE ME BACK: Yes, they were first responders. That has nothing to do with the noise. There were 3 groups minimum. I will not name them because I have respect for bikers, as I used to be one. That’s another lie you’ve told. Secondly, if they were there 2 days, you need to communicate that to the front staff, because I was told 2 WEEKS by multiple staff members. Your hotel is gross and I don’t appreciate you lying. The pictures aren’t even the same. Give me a break. DO NOT RECOMMEND. JUST CHECK OUT THE OTHER COMMENTS. Same issues.

This place use to be great! Going downhill fast! Rooms are sorta clean, light above the sink area had no lights, made it hard to do makeup! Toilets DO NOT FLUSH very well! Shower drain full of hair causing slow drain...eh, going somewhere else next time! ‍♀️

We are currently staying here for two nights. It is in a rundown part of Oklahoma but handy to Walmart and an Outlet Shopping Mall. The exterior of our room has not been swept or cleaned for quite some time. Really black,dirty and thick cobwebs on the lights. We are on a ground floor room directly onto the car park. |On leaving our room this morning we left what we believed was a good tip for the cleaner. On returning this evening the tip had been lifted but the room had not been made up. The room was how we left it this morning. The bins had been emptied - that’s a bonus. |The pool looks very murky too and does not look like it has been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was ok but the cooked food was lukewarm at best. There’s no microwave to heat it up either.|The staff at reception were pleasant and it’s probably not their fault that the exterior of the rooms are not cleaned. Probably would give it a miss if ever in this area again.

Not sure what happened here, but not a well run hotel anymore. Very disappointed. A few years ago, they had a diamond in the rough with their GM, Kelly, but I was sad to hear she wasn't there anymore. What a loss. They need her back. It never looked as good as it did then. Hell, I remember her working as the bartender until midnight, even after her regular 10 hour day as GM. She was always smiling though. True loyalty to the place. This is now a run down place. The front desk employees have no clue what they are doing and I was told by a less than professional looking "manager" that the room was clean & ready. It wasn't. Go back to the basics! Or find Kelly and beg her to return. Although the food was good, the restaurant was dirty. I won't be back.

The staff in the morning at the counter and breakfast area were great. The food we had for breakfast was also very good. The area around the hotel was a little concerning in that there was quite a few homeless people about a block away. I would have preferred a firmer mattress. But overall the room was decent.

Ci siamo fermati in questo hotel solo una notte perché tappa del nostro tour Route 66 in moto.|L’ingresso è molto bello ed è l’unica nota positiva che ho trovato.|Personale può migliorare in simpatia e cortesia, la camera avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata ed era abbastanza buia, il letto con un materasso che ti inghiotte, sono stata un po’ contrariata dal trovare le formiche sul comodino..ok, che siamo al piano terra ma in altri hotel non è capitato.|Colazione basic, la macchina dei pancakes non funzionante.|Perché non la miglior notte della mia vita? Diciamo che la zona attorno non ispira proprio il massimo della tranquillità per la quantità di homeless e l’hotel non ha una recinzione che lo divida dalla strada..

They advertise as being good for families, which I would question. We stayed over a weekend. The pool was great for kids. The partying that happened in several rooms around us wasn't. The breakfast was a disaster as the host was trying her best but had no food to serve, broken pancake maker and yogurt machine, and no dining room support as other staff stood around. Pool was advertised as open until 11 pm online and at check-in, but both nights at 10 pm they came and kicked everyone out. The pictures make it seem like a super safe wooded location, which wasn't accurate either. Bleh!
