My stay at Marriot (Couryard in Weston) was exceptional. Kasandra welcomed my mother and I in a sweet and warm manner and she was extremely attentive and kind. I did not have the opportunity to interact with Luis as much, but he was so kind and aware of his surroundings. As a former assistant manager in three hotels in Medellin, I can say that they did an excellent job in hiring them for front desk.||The pool and the gym were organized and exquisite. So was the room and the bed! ||But the highlight of my stay was Rosemary, the kindest bistro attendant and I am quite surprised to find out that she is not a manager because she was extremely helpful. Attentive, sweet and in a genuine manner. She helped my best friend and she helped me the entire afternoon. ||Thank you so much!

We are currently staying here for a procedure my husband had at the Cleveland Clinic. My only reason for not giving the room a five-star is that the refrigerators were too small to keep anything other than a few items and those froze. There is no in-room microwave, so I had to take the frozen items to the "market" in the lobby and heat them up to room temp so we could eat. . It would have been fine if we were here on a few days vacation, not a 9-day surgery and recovery ordeal.

Great hotel! I was having some issues with the first room I was assigned and the staff at the Courtyard were quick to make it right and moved me to another room. Very kind, understanding staff and a cozy hotel.

Evacuating from the west Coast of FL from Hurricane Milton & having PTSD from Hurricane Ian. I called and spoke with Cassandra, she was so kind and helpful, understanding the anxiety I was experiencing, traveling with my sons and daughter in laws, pets and leaving my husband & 1 son behind since they are firefighters and must stay. She immediately helped me get a room. Denise, was also helpful in getting us another room quickly. I also want to thank the night shift man that allowed us to check in early since we had animals with us. Oscar was also very helpful at the front desk when I needed to stay an extra night. Thank you to all the staff and the cleaning crew for working so hard! The hotel staff were so kind and so many evacuees had their pets!! You are all amazing! ?♥️?

My daughter and I evacuated from Cape Coral prior to Hurricane Milton and stayed at the Weston Marriott Courtyard, and couldn’t have been more pleased by the outstanding service of all of the staff, from the folks at the service desk to those at the food Bar. Rosemary was especially incredibly thoughtful and provided such a positive and uplifting countenance during a stressful time. She and the others treated us like family and I appreciate how we found a safe and positive and supportive port in a very apprehensive and unknown storm. As we were watching the destruction of different areas in Southwest Fl, they served us with concern and kindness. Thank you to all of the employees of your Marriott family!!

Great hotel! Stayed with my dad who was having a procedure at the nearby Cleveland Clinic. The lobby has a lovely little bistro that serves coffee and snacks. Jared and the entire crew at the front are beyond helpful! My dad and I had two rooms. Each room was clean, comfortable, and adequately supplied. The showers were great! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing quick access to the conference center or Cleveland clinic

Booked room through a third party for a speaker guest. Needed an early check in to prepare room for our guest. Kassandra was very kind helping us with all we needed.
We tried making some changes over the phone and the service was very poor but in person the customer service was excellent.
Will recommend 100%

Rooms are newly renovated lobby is very nice.They now charge about $9 a day for parking, I don’t get it, if I’m paying to stay here why do I need to pay extra for parking. Hilton down the street, free parking and breakfast!
