I stayed here after a 508 mile drive from Albuquerque. Very clean room, very comfortable bed. However the couch uphwas torn. The food was good, but only 2 choices for dinner. The cook/Bae tender did our me a generous glass of wine. I felt safe at this property.

Staff here is wonderful. Amelio maintains the Bistro and he is super kind and respectful. Makes bomb salads too!
Front desk goes above and beyond looking for items for you as well. The gym is good. Has free weights and a cable machine. Three treadmills. Area has a bunch of food within walking distance.

Staff at front end has no clue what’s going on. I booked my rooms through Hotwire , everything was prepaid. Yet to my surprise, they charged me $506 for god knows what.
The guy at the front desk swiped my card 4 to 6 times, all the times I kept thinking it was for incidentals. I didn’t use any room service or extra amenities. During checkout I double confirmed if I owned anything to them which of course they said , no.
I did call them and the manager said he will take care of it but the issue is still open. No emails, no follow up, just ‘I don’t care’ attitude

Not to mention the keys didn’t work and I had to rekey the access card.

Avoid. Plenty of options in that class within vicinity.

Positive: It was quiet. It was a nice & clean room that had quick easy access to the interstate. We had a balcony that we could go out and sit on. There was a coffee shop in the lobby as well. Negative: The closet door that stores the ironing board and luggage rack had nasty gunk near the bottom of the door. Looks like someone dropped something that splatter and that was missed during clean up.

This hotel is not budgey friendly is very overpriced. Housekeeping here is sub par. We were given a dirty room with the bed not even made. We were given a second room and the TV was broken and the bathroom was dirty again!
Courtyard is supposed to be a nice hotel. This isn't.
I felt cheated out of my money and paid much less for much nicer rooms.

Clean. Very helpful staff. The shuttle bus will take you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel for restaurants etc. They do have their own bistro as they call it which does serve some food and beer, drinks etc.

We arrived on a Friday around 7pm and when we entered our room I went to use the bathroom to find blood specks and pubic hair on the toilet. I let the front desk know and they gave us another room. When we arrived to the new room I checked the bathroom to find an un-flushed toilet filled with a large amount of toilet paper. The sheets also had some small stains. I travel frequently and have never experienced anything unsanitary like this in hotels before. I called the front desk letting them know about the situation and asking if they could have their cleaning service come clean the room. I was told that their cleaning service was not available. Due to the unsanitary conditions and lack of a cleaning service, we were left scrambling at the last minute to find a different hotel for the weekend late on a Friday night which resulted in paying twice as much. I asked for them to have the manager call me which they never did. We then realized that they did not refund the full amount of our stay and charged us for one night. Upon requesting the full refund the manager responded saying that we were charged for 1 night since we stayed 1 night (which never occurred.). I have never written a review about a stay before, but due to this horrendous experience I felt it was necessary. Being a frequent Marriott customer, this experience and interactions with the hotel since have been shocking.

STAY AWAY! The only thing more disappointing than walking into two separate rooms and finding pubic hair, blood and an unflushed toilet, was the customer service we’ve received there after. We were told, “we don’t have anyone to clean right now given the hour” (understandable), so we booked a new room at The National and left this dirty establishment.

Since having all our needs met and exceeded at The National, the GM at the Courtyard has refused to refund monies for a room we were never given, nor did we stay at. Can’t recommend avoiding this hotel more, unless you enjoy bad customer service and unsanitary conditions.

UPDATE

In the comically funny response below from the GM, she has now opted to double down on her failures to meet simple customer standards by:

1. Suggesting that we are lying and “checked out” at 9:33 a.m. = FALSE. Impossible to do when you leave the night prior and stay elsewhere at clean accommodations. RECOMMEND The National!

2. They checked photos for cleanliness = NEED NEW CAMERA or BETTER PHOTOGRAPHERS

Again, can’t more strongly urge you to avoid this establishment
