Wir kommen aus Deutschland und wollten ein Ticket zurück buchen. Die Frau die da grade arbeitet war so unfreundlich, sowas geht gar nicht im Kundenservice. Richtig rassistisch. Habe sowas sonst nie in Polen gehabt. Das war unsere letztes Mal das wir dort hingehen. Wäre super wenn ihr an euren Kundenservice arbeiten würdet.

Worst experience ever with FlixBus in Warsaw.
The lady at the ticket counter (an older woman) spoke zero English and was extremely rude. She started yelling at me to buy tickets “outside,” but there was nobody outside selling anything.

I tried asking a FlixBus driver for help, but he didn’t speak English either and was completely unhelpful. Only the second driver from another FlixBus told me I needed to download the app, which I was doing while already running late for my bus—and almost late for my flight because of all this confusion.

I even asked a Polish guy to translate for me, and when he asked the same woman for information in Polish, she yelled at him too. It turned out that the bus I was supposed to take didn’t even exist, so I had to take a taxi at the last minute. Luckily, a Ukrainian taxi driver helped me out, but it was a total nightmare.

I sometimes use FlixBus in Serbia and while they’re not perfect (and prices are a bit high), they’re at least organized. But in Warsaw, the experience was an absolute disaster — from the rude ticket clerk to the unhelpful drivers.

100% would not recommend FlixBus in Warsaw.

Firma sprzedaje bilety na miejsca których nie ma w autobusie. Kupiliśmy 4 bilety (2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci ) i miejsca nam przydzielono 20A, 20B, 20C, 20E. Jak się okazało w tym autobusie nie ma miejsca 20E a tylko 20D które było już zajęte. Kierowca ze wschodnim akcentem zachowywał się chamsko i kazał siadać gdzie się chce. Merkeze biraz uzak bir yerde otobüs durağı var. Tren ya da otobüs ile gitmeniz gerekiyor, yürüyerek 30-45 dakika sürüyor. Mekan olarak güzel fakat modern değil. Bulmak kolay.

Przystanek autobusowy znajduje się trochę daleko od centrum. Trzeba tam dojechać pociągiem lub autobusem, pieszo zajmuje to około 30–45 minut. Miejsce jest ładne, ale nie nowoczesne. Łatwo je znaleźć.

По прибуттю до вокзалу забув в авто речі,після чого звернувся до офісу FLIXBUS за допомогою.
Оцінка якості працівників відмінна…
Через 2 години я в супроводі з працівником офісу пішов на вокзал де приїхав авто на якому здійснював рух Краків-Варшава та отримав свої речі.
Дякую працівникам за швидку допомогу особливо хлопцю з номером 457 за швидке реагування,супровід,та ще допоміг пересісти на наступне авто їхньої фірми для подальшого мого маршруту

FlixBus is the worst experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend their service to anyone. Zero customer service. They clearly don’t check who they hire. The staff at the FlixBus Shop in Warsaw are unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all.

Our bus left without us at one of the stops and my friend and I were stranded in Prague. Our luggage was still on the bus. At first, the staff in the Warsaw office refused to help and told us we needed to speak “more politely and properly in Polish.” Eventually, they reluctantly contacted their colleagues in Prague (through text messages, because apparently they don’t even have phone numbers to reach each other. That’s insane!)

We waited almost half a day for a response. In the end, we were told our luggage would arrive Wednesday morning. For context, I don’t live in Warsaw, so I had to travel from another city each time just to check in, because FlixBus DOESN’T HAVE OFFICE PHONE NUMBER.

When I came Wednesday morning, the luggage wasn’t there. I had to wait the entire day. Then I was told the bus was delayed and I’d need to wait a few more hours. Eventually, I found a FlixBus employee at the station myself, and together we waited for the bus and got my luggage back.

Because of FlixBus, I wasted so much time and money just to get my bag back a week later. The staff clearly have no training in how to provide basic customer service. Seriously, don’t ever use FlixBus.

Водители отвратительные. Выезд был в 4:20, в 4:17 уже закрыли двери. Ровно в 4:20 автобус отъезжает КОГДА УЖЕ В ЭТОТ МОМЕНТ ВОЗЛЕ НЕГО СТОИТ СТАРАЯ БАБУШКА С ТРОСТЬЮ И КРИЧИТ ТАК,ЧТО СЛЫШНО ВНУТРИ АВТОБУСА. Пожилой человек с большим чемоданом махая тростью кричит во весь голос,а водители уезжают,на мои слова чтоб открыли дверь водитель сказал «я не буду платить 20 злотых за простой». Что ели бы это была его мама? Если эта бабушка получит сердечный приступ от этого всего,кто будет отвечать? Подозреваю, что она ехала ЗА Польшу по размеру чемодана. Водители просто хабалы,нет уважения и понимания.

Normally I really like taking the Flixbus for its convenience, but today it was horrible. The driver randomly announced an exchange of busses in polish (which I don't understand) and it wasn't even planned on the app. So as he announced the next stop (Warsawa West) we had rougly 2min to pack our stuff after already making ourselves comfortable for 6h. After that, the youngest Karen I've ever seen tried to command as around - "there is no time to smoke, we are leaving" (while the driver himself was smoking and we left more than 8mins later) "You have to take a seat now" (after standing in the middle of the bus in queue to wait for the others to find their seats and sit down) and she also made another passenger cry because she seemed to have a wrong ticket, but the attendant (see above, Karen) seemingly wasn't payed enough to deal with that, so she just shrugged her shoulders and went inside. Please give this woman an office job without any customers.
