My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Hampton Inn, and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, but it was Megan and Shawna who truly made my stay unforgettable.

Megan went above and beyond to ensure that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. She took the time to answer all my questions about the hotel amenities and even recommended some fantastic local attractions that made my trip all the more enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made me feel right at home.

Shawna was equally impressive, assisting me with my requests throughout my stay. Whether I needed extra towels or had a question about room service, she was always just a phone call away, ready to help with a smile. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction we had.

The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and a fantastic location. However, it was the exceptional service provided by Megan and Shawna that truly set this experience apart.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I can't thank Megan and Shawna enough for their outstanding assistance. I look forward to returning in the future!

Just checked in and I need to leave this review to change the energy of the previous reviews. This hotel has gone through a major renovation, and I can honestly say it is great. Lobby is spotless, pool area is beautiful, and breakfast and coffee are available during your stay. Room is spacious, modern and spotless. The bathroom is huge and fully stocked with all you need. The front desk staff and management could not be any better...working hard to make you happy. Great stay so far!

The hotel room, lobby and breakfast area were very clean. The room was spacious and well appointed. The mattress was comfortable but recommend bringing your own pillows and perhaps and extra blanket.||The parking lot was run down and had a lot of trash along the perimeter.

When I arrived I was welcomed and the service was great. I was placed on the 3rd floor, but when I got to my room the room was dirty from the previous guest. I called front desk and the lady immediately had me come back down stairs and she upgraded me to a king suite on the first floor. I was perfectly fine with that. My stay was from Sun-Fri. Not once did my room get serviced during those 5 days (not sure if you have to request that). The complimentary breakfast was good. & my stay was good, other than me hearing the visitors above me stomping around till about midnight every night. Overall it was a nice stay and I would come back.

Recently stayed at the Hotel while on my commute. Was greeted by a very pleasant man, Prav. He gave us a free upgrade to King Suite and made sure we got impeccable hospitality. Wonderful work ethic and very professional. Would 10/10 recommend for people to stay at this location. There are various places to eat around as well. Very clean and beautiful property all in all.

This location just recently went through a major renovation. The rooms look great afterward, and the front desk always has a great attitude. However, as time has passed, it seems like the housekeeping couldn't keep up. Multiple times, I had to wait till they could find a clean room, and then, this last time, I had a roach in my room. I always let the front desk know, but that was the last straw for me.

Had a good stay for a couple of days, however we realized that they were not cleaning service for our room from one day to the next nor even providing additional clean towels, etc. Wasn’t sure if that is something you have to ask for or what. For years this was part of a normal customer service but now a days we seem to pay more for everything but get less in return. Then on the last night we started hearing very loud music so I texted the hotel customer service rep and asked her what was going on with the loud music and see if there was a concert close by or something. She responded back with “ There is a birthday party happening in our meeting room!
-Shawna” I was shocked with this response! I’m not sure how a hotel would approve a party at night in their meeting room with very loud music to disturb the other 100 guest in the hotel! To assist a few to have a very loud music birthday party in turn to disturb & upset so many in the hotel is almost unbelievable. We will probably not come back here again.

So the room was nice, clean, and looked newly renovated. Very modern! Only complaint is that the front desk lady was a bit unfriendly, I asked if we could possibly check out a little later and she said she couldn’t say yes to that. I’m a Hilton Diamond member and she didn’t even check… typically they don’t mind giving an extra hour if the hotel isn’t completely booked. I would’ve understood if she had given the response but she didn’t. Breakfast was good, make your own waffles and they had egg, sausage, and French toast. Cleburne is a very small country town so not much to do but if you have to come to town it’s a great place to stay.
