Ashley was very helpful and responsive in calling me back about room details. She held a room and made sure I was given a room early to be able to do a quit change and make my event. I was informed upon arriving that the elevator was having issues and the process of the work around. Which I never had to use since the elevator’s were available each time I needed it.
I had only an overnight stay, my room was very clean, not dated as I thought it might be. Lots of options to charge devices. They gave me toothpaste and toothbrush complimentary as I left my behind. And things seemed quiet a night and early morning. I didn’t use or look at any other amenities.

Con: 1 parking lot light was out. Others were lite up. And no safe in room.

Pros: my room was very clean, shower pressure was great, bed comfy, room was spacious and layed out nicely. Nice to have the coffee bar in room.

Overall: comfortable night stay and I would stay again if in the area. Priced same as other hotels in immediate area. I gave 4 star for no safe

Nice hotel. Lobby, elevators and hallways were very clean. Room was nice and spacious. I was on the fourth floor and the water pressure was fine, and there was plenty of hot water. The locked access to the ice machine is a nice touch, and there was abundant ice. AC was super cold and worked fine. I used the digital key and didn’t encounter any employees my whole stay, so I can’t speak to the service - it my stay was completely satisfactory. Definitely recommend this property.

The elevators were broken on every floor. This was the 3rd time I've stayed here in the last year and the elevators were broken. I can't believe they expect guests to call to then front desk in order for them to operate the elevator. Junior was very accommodating, but he was left to himself on sold nights to deal with all the other guests at the same time, required to operate the elevators at the same time. It is crazy that this hotel doesn't even have a staircase access to the lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE! The Management clearly doesnt care about maintaining this building. I trusted the Hilton name before, but clearly it's not what it use to be.

Pros: |1. Very friendly staff. Junior at the front desk is very welcoming, helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. |2. Small fridge in room.|3. Decent size vanity in bathroom.|4. Desk.|5. Clothes hangers.|6. Cold A/C.|7. Decent towels.|8. Parking was easy.|9. They have luggage carts (thank you!).||Cons|1. Third floor elevator call button doesn’t work. To go down, you either have to call the front desk and ask them to send the elevator up (but they almost never answer the phone after 5 pm because there is only one person on staff handling everything), hope they sometime arrives soon so the doors will open, or take the stairs (exits outside the building, not the lobby). |2. Water pressure was so low in the morning that I could barely wash my body. If I tried to wash my hair I’d be in the shower for eternity and miss work. I asked maintenance about it in the morning and they said something about needing a new pump. I asked if it would be fixed soon, but he wasn’t sure. I’m told it’s NOT a new problem. Other guests told me their water pressure was worse than mine (it barely dropped out). |3. Cabinet door in the room is broken|4. Ironing board cover is SUPER thin|5. Ice machine on levels 2 and 3 don’t work. You must go to 1 or 4. |6. The bed frame sticks out much further than the mattress (but is hidden by the covers) so you end up running into the corner of the hard frame with your knees. |7. There was hair in the shower. ||I won’t stay here again unless I don’t have a better choice or until they fix the issues.

This is definitely not a place I would choose to stay at again. Beds are very, very firm, pillows are so soft they can be folded in half, and you still don't have a decent pillow to sleep on. The pool area is absolutely disgusting and was filled with hair, trash, and dead leaves. I requested housekeeping at 8 a.m., and when I returned at 4 p.m., they still hadn't come to clean the room and give fresh towels. They charged me $10 plus tax for my son to get a spoon full of eggs and a slice of toast for breakfast and they do not have complementary coffee unless you make it in your room and the coffee in the room was absolutely horrible. I don't recommend this hotel at all. The room also had a weird smell once housekeeping finally did come it smelled like the room was cleaned with a mildewed towel.

If this hotel hadn't been neglected for several years, it might still be nice. Very low shower water pressure, cracked shower pan, fridge not cold, cheap bed frame creaks all night. Room was clean, but felt a little small. Front desk very pleasant.

I guess I expected a little more from a $190/ night Hilton hotel.

This was my second time staying there this summer. The ONLY reason being the outdoor pool. Don't let the beautiful and elegant lobby/front desk area fool you. The rest of the hotel might as well be made of cardboard and tin foil. The amount of things that I saw falling apart or not working at all are too lengthy to list. The corner chair in our room was filthy, the bathroom spelled of vomit and there was a wad of used dip/tobacco in the corner of the bedframe. I've been home for two days and my hips and back are still recovering from those uncomfortable beds. Not worth the money, in my opinion.

Stayed 3 nights. Water pressure was very low. Third morning, no water in the shower, not a drop. Also, A/C never got below 72°. The front desk says the water pressure is a known issue but yet they continue to sell rooms at full price. Second time this has happened to me at this property. Unacceptable!
