We stayed for several nights, so we had the pleasure of great administration staff, with efficient and thorough housekeeping attention, and very thoughtful, friendly breakfast management. Five stars to you all for taking such good care of us. You even made up for the non-working jets in the hot tub. We will be back and definitely book the two room suite - fabulous.

Front staff were so nice here. I think this Holiday Inn was the only one where the staff were so kind. Just laughing and full of life. They were able to let us check in early as we were so grateful for! We had been traveling for 7 hrs. Rooms were so clean. The carpet had a few spots but nothing that I didn’t go barefoot in the room. We had a great stay!!

My stay was well enjoyed except for the fact that I was over charged for a room! My stay was from July 18, 2024 till July 21, 2024 for a family vacation. I stayed in room 302. My debit account was charged twice for a room that was supposed to be for $450, this was the rate for those days. Well after i checked out that Sunday at noon everything in the room is fine we give the key back. 5 days later my debit card was charged for $750 dollars from this hotel. So I called the front desk to ask about them over charging me and they cannot seem to “find” the room I stayed in or anything yet they have my Debit card information on file, so I asked for a manager I can’t seem to get a hold of one and I am very upset with them for this. This is not how you run a business!

The hotel lobby and breakfast area is clean and our room was fairly decent too. but you could tell there was some spots in our room that was not touched or haven’t been cleaned in a while. I definitely would not say the hotel is sketchy. They have a little concession area right next to the front desk but they only have snacks in there. There is a cooler in there but they don’t stock any drinks and they don’t have vending machines. Make sure you bring your own drinks if you stay at this hotel.

We went to breakfast that was included with the stay at 9am and they had almost no food. No bread no bagels little to no cereal. All three juices were gone, no milk. We ended up having to go to McDonald’s to eat. Staff said they don’t let them order more food!

One night stay with my girl mainly booked the hotel for the jacuzzi, jacuzzi was not functional front desk guy Ted really cool guy ended up sending maintenance for us , definitely did not think buddy was a maintenance man almost didn’t open the door for him no uniform and real ghetto looking , he couldn’t get it working , asked for the GM at check out she was unavailable called the hotel to speak to the GM she was again unavailable does this hotel even have a GM? Crazy shit the Assistant GM dude ended up giving my wife 5000 points and some money off the rate greatly appreciated! GM communication suck

This place is hot or miss. Sometimes the rooms are great, other times they are dirt. WiFi is ok. Staff is friendly. Half the time the halls smell like weed. But overall, it's decent.
