This is the worst Holiday Inn express I have ever stayed in. We were in town for a family reunion and booked the 2 rooms suite. The bathroom is worn (tub needs to be reglazed due to blemishes). I was missing a light near the bed in the second room (I know it was missing because other family members were staying at the other suite and they had a light over the bed). This lead to a dim light experience at night. When I opened the window the window sill was full of dirt and dead flies, and the corner had mold, it was quite disgusting. They only gave us paper cups, are you kidding? We book the most expensive room at the hotel and you only offer us paper cups? Breakfast coffee was atrocious, we had to go out. Avoid this place, I would give zero stars if possible. Overall cleanliness is right below the line of passable. more dusting and cleaning of crevices is needed. There are better hotels in the area, or for that matter hotels with a lower price point that are of the same caliber as this. Motel 6 would've been the same. Avoid at all costs because for the quality of this hotel there are cheaper options. This was definitely not up to Holiday Inn standards, they should be ashamed.

The staff were very nice. Visited Mansfield for a wedding and this place was recommended by the couple, great recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with wide selection. I enjoyed the 100s of channels shown in the TV and the Dove toiletries. I would book a Holiday Inn the next time I travel!

I travel a lot both family and business. I love ihg hotels and am a diamond elite member. I can tell you that customer service here is the worst I have experienced in the state of Texas. Also, the pool and hot tub look like they have not been cleaned on months and looks like it has algae growing. Plus, the hot tub is not hot at all.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed annoyed that I wanted to check in as it was only 2pm. Front desk lady seemed annoyed and seemed like i was interrupting her by wanting to check in.

Night lady at front desk was extremely rude and actually rolled her eyes at me twice when I asked about the pool and asked what day they clean it. Her response "I don't know I don't work days so I'm not here when they do it" followed by an eye roll. That was also while she was still on her phone that obviously was more important than customer service.

The room was a great room, clean and up to date. The bed, unfortunately, was not. You can even see the visible bend in the mattress.

The location is great and there is everything you need nearby. Really pretty area and very updated area.

Loved the hotel but the rude staff and unclean pool ruined the experience. Customer service matters and can make or break an experience, I understand some people have bad days, but this wasn't that it was pure lack of caring.

I really enjoyed the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mansfield. I had a King Suite. The room was nice. It had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable! Other hotels of this type do not nor do they offer a place to hang your towel. This hotel has hooks comfortable seating, charger outlets handy. Little things but they help. The staff was friendly from check in to check out. I can’t comment on the breakfast because we are out. I recommend this property. Is convenient to restaurants, shopping etc.

I travel frequently and often stay in Holiday Inn Express hotels. This was the best one I’ve stayed in for quite a while. My room was excellent, the hvac system worked perfectly. The room was clean, the floors, everything smelled clean with no mildew or plumbing smells. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Very pleasant experience across the board.
