My husband and I booked Prime Tours Krakow for several tours/services and I cannot sing their praises enough! We used their airport transfer services for pick up and drop off at the airport and everyone was so prompt and friendly. It made navigating an unfamiliar airport so easy!

We booked a tour at Auschwitz and Prime Tours Krakow assisted us by providing the transportation to and from the site. Our driver was phenomenal, giving us facts and tidbits of the area and the landscape as we drove out. It was like we were riding in the car with a long-time friend. He helped us get checked in and let us know what to expect during the tour as well. After our Auschwitz tour, we saw a few more sites on our drive back to Krakow. When I tell you Pawl went above and beyond. I'm not exaggerating. He even gave us a GREAT dinner recommendation - Lucky Burger.

Prime Tours Krakow also helped us with a very custom/unique tour. I have been doing personal family history and wanted to see the region of Poland my family is from. While this wasn't a tour on their website, I let them know what I wanted and they came up with a plan to make it happen. I was able to see the village my great-grandmother came from, we explored, took pictures, the whole 9 yards. On our way back, we stopped in Tarnow to see some historical sites as well. Tomasz was so amazing and friendly! He helped us translate and explored the area with us, it was like we were with a friend not a tour agency. It was an unforgettable day I'll always be thankful for!

Reasonable prices, friendly staff, I can't thank Prime Tours Krakow enough for their attention to detail, services, and amazing hospitality. We are already planning our next trip to Poland and we will absolutely be contacting them again for help!

We had booked a private Auschwitz-Shuttle with entrance-tickets bought on our own. Something went wrong with our reservation but when PrimeToursKrakow realized it they handled our problem with 100% perfection. Substitude driver was send and we were kept informed the whole drive and the driver was given the advice to do everything to get us on time (15 minutes before start of the tour) to Auschwitz. The driver even asked us "are you VIP or why is everybody taking so much care of you?".
Pick up directly at taxi by another guy who lead us directly to the security gate, no queing no nothing. Best. 100%, 5*

We visited krakow on Easter weekend to visit Aushwitz. Tom collected us very early Saturday morning to queue for tickets. Tom is an absolute gentleman and from start to finish he was outstanding , funny, informative, patient and hardworking. He stood with us in the queue for 3 hours and we luckily managed to secure tickets for the venue and he really saved the holiday. I hope he enjoyed his well earned Easter break..also thks to rafa for booking us on the trip..Great tour group to deal with..hopefully will be bk in the future ..Cathriona, Bruce and Conor.

We have a short stay in Krakow, Poland and so I immediately contacted Prime Tours which offers private guided tour. I contacted them to arrange a tour in less than 24 hours. It will be for two hours in an electric golf cart. It was so last minute but still we got confirmation in the evening. Rafal is so professional, he responds promptly to my email with all the details. The tour will be with a driver and an audio recorded English commentary played on the way and includes 3 districts of Krakow- Old town, Podgorze, Kazimierz with the former ghetto established by the Nazis during WWII. We also saw Schindler's factory. This is such a convenient way for seniors to get to see places of interests without a lot of walking. One doesn't even have to get out of the electric car. One can pay by card or cash. The driver arrived on time to pick us up at the hotel and we were dropped off in the hotel as we requested (or if we choose to - be dropped off in the city centre).

So to set the scene, it's 11pm at night and we wanted to book a Auschwitz tour for the next day. I found that on trip advisor the tours with Prime Tours Krakow were fully booked but I sent them over an email via the website none the less. Without about 15 minutes Rafal sent me a message via WhatApp with a possible option for us, 12.20 pick up form our hotel and drop off around 7pm. Pay on the day so no worries if nobody turns up! We even completed the tour and paid afterwards on returning to our hotel due to paying by card, very trustworthy! We we're in a mini bus with a lovely couple from Vegas and gentleman from Iceland. Very nice bus and the driver was fantastic. Answered all our questions and even had a brilliant chat about life!
Anyway onto the tour, I wont say too much because I don't want to ruin it but it was very good and a must do for all visiting Krakow or in the local area. Guide was informative, well spoken and had a great knowledge of the place! All in all we loved it and I'd actually go again!

Outstanding Rafal !! Booked Prime Tours for airport transfers and salt mines, Schindler's factory amongst others. Clean comfortable cars/mini bus, excellent drivers, very knowledgeable and polite. I apologise for not remembering everyone's name. Excellent communication from booking to departure. I would highly recommend and will contact them when in Krakow again.

Just returned back from krakow and used prime tours for our trip to zakopane. I would highly recommend them if your looking to organise any trips during your stay there. Our driver/guide for the trip Martin was excellent.he was punctual very helpfull and had a great sense of humour. Communication from prime tours was great from booking right up to our courtesy call the night before to confirm times again and even tell us our drivers name

Thomas was fantastic- we toured Auschwitz with our two children and he was patient and informative. I would highly recommend.
