This hotel is so consistent with their service. My room is always clean. My stays are usually 2-3 days at a time and my room is cleaned every single day. Maires and Nila make my bed using my own blanket, straighten my toiletries and place them neatly on a towel. The front desk women are great… making fresh baked cookies and infused water. This hotel respects and appreciates your business. Thank you !

GREAT HOTEL i definitely recommend it..! The front desk is very kind. They cook a hot breakfast every morning and The rooms are always clean. They have a nice lobby you can sit in and hot coco and coffee 24/7, if your looking for a hotel in the midland area this is great one to go to,I enjoyed my stay.! Compared to a lot of other hotels in midland this ones perfect..!!

Had a great pleasant, stay here. The staff were friendly. The pool was cool and it smell Good the room were comfortable and also the breakfast Next day morning was really great. I really appreciate their service and the manager helped us out with the issues we had.

Let me start by saying the staff is great! Very attentive! But this place is in extreme need of updates! The first room I got smelled like mildew so bad I couldn’t breathe! The front desk moved us as soon as I brought it to their attention! But there’s just some smell in here that is driving me INSANE! Sore throat, sniffles and sneezing ALL DAY! I didn’t get into the pool but from seeing it, it needs a cleaning. All in all it’s decent for the price. But if it doesn’t get the TLC it needs I don’t see it making it 2 years.

My stay at the Quality Inn Motel was exceptional! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first night we were here we didn’t have hot water and the front desk never thought to let us know ahead of time that they were under construction so there wasn’t gonna be any hot water we had no clean rags the pool wasn’t opened due to construction but that was the whole reason we booked this hotel so that the kids wouldn’t be to bored since we had to stay here for 4 days the last day we decide we were gonna actually try their breakfast so my husband and I got up early to grab the breakfast and bring it back to the room for the kids but nope can’t take breakfast stuff back up to your room or else you get in trouble we tried getting our money back after the first night we didn’t mind paying for the one night we stayed but we wanted our money back and to go some place actually worth the money but nope they wouldn’t give us our money back so we didn’t have a choice but to stay the entire 4 days but I can definitely promise we will not be back the manager was suppose to come speak with us multiple times and we got told he’ll be there in 20 minutes a couple times and he never showed just would not recommend to anyone

Old, dirty, seems like housekeeping takes shortcuts. Dirty sheets in rooms, they tried putting me in a smoking room also. Called customer service and nothing was done. Supposedly they were going to build a case but I think it is some bs. Choice hotels customer service does nothing.
