Great location! Hotel grounds are beautiful, however the the HOTEL ROOMS are not. I was expecting the rooms and hallways to be so outdated. The tub had rust stains and carpet had holes. NEVER AGAIN!

Oct 2 - 4, 2024 I stayed at this hotel. It was a nice and satisfying visit. The bed was comfortable, and room was clean. But the highlights of this hotel are the staff and location. Shout out to Ms. Cassandra Irving Front Office Manager wo assist us very well during the stay. The location is very near to restaurants and shopping.

My husband and I are local to the area and had to stay at this hotel for a few nights with our medium-size dogs because we were having some things done in our home. First off the location is amazing It’s located in plantation walk. There’s lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Its a very dog, friendly and family friendly area. OK, it’s right next-door to the Westfield mall The moment we hit the door the service was Stellar!!! The front desk, personnel, housekeeping, service staff etc. were ALL absolutely wonderful! The hotel was very clean very nice and it smelled so good! Nice little rooftop pool with a hot tub made our stay even more enjoyable. we got a king suite and it was nice and spacious for us and the dogs. We just right at home! Great cigar bar next-door as well! If you’re coming to this area or need a place to stay with your pets, it’s an amazing hotel. I would stay here again and again!

If you're looking for a great hotel, I highly recommend this one. Let's start with the lobby: it's absolutely beautiful, and the front desk agents are very welcoming. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is spotlessly clean.

When you head up to the room, you'll be impressed by the spaciousness (they're all suites) and the comprehensive amenities provided. A welcome brochure with all the information you need is also included.

The gym is open 24 hours and even has a sauna. The pool, located on the top floor, is very spacious and comes with a jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city, and it's just a short distance from the beach.

As a local familiar with Broward, I appreciate the abundance of restaurants downstairs and the variety of small shops from local businesses. This hotel offers an excellent stay with both city convenience and beach proximity. Highly recommend!

The hotel was a big letdown. I came down a day early for a class so that I could enjoy the pool. That didn't happen, because the pool was in dire need of cleaning. There was dirt and algae in the pool. The staff, on the other hand, was very nice and courteous. The room wasn't cleaned well when we checked in either. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. We had to clean and wipe down the entire room.

Wendy manager was dry. As a person who travels a lot. l use certain cards due to holds/ authorization taken forever to be released. Money is money..I attempted to use my cash app card or my chime card. I was told the hotel does not take cash app or chime. There was No explanation as to why not.
I proceeded to ask Wendy who was training another lady at the front desk
“as a traveler how am I supposed to know this information.” Especially if It’s not indicated on the company website (Which I check) and it’s not displayed no where on the front desk or anywhere at the hotel.
She (Wendy) said
“I guess you’ll find out when you get to the hotel” i said that’s not helpful as the traveler. I asked to speak with someone else she said they were in a meeting she was the mod on duty.she then proceeded to have a conversation about it in front of me to her trainee. Regardless I had another card to pay with it had no name on it btw it only said visa, and she took it. So what was the big deal. She was in no way customer friendly,

The hotel room overall was clean.
The pool is nice. It’s on the roof.
Hotel is right across the street from the mall
Local restaurant are surrounding the building.

Lastly only two people in the entire hotel was friendly
One being the shuttle driver who offered to take me to the mall and the other was the guy at the bar.you can tell he likes his job.
Everyone else was cold
I walked in and out the hotel multiple times and was not greeted by the staff. There were several people having conversation in clusters at the front desk, they did not seem interested. Staff members Would look right at you but did not speak. Kept going on with their own conversation.
It wasn’t welcoming at all.

The hotel is not in good repair. The bathroom sinks gurgle loudly when in use, the furniture is "dinged" and stained, along with the carpet. The door locks had been broken and re-screwed back on very poorly. Couch was hard as a rock. We could of even lived with all of that if the bed was comfortable but it is in need of replacing having a worn middle that you wanted to sink into. Air conditioner didn't have a way to direct the airflow so it blows directly on the bed, which is good for me, but not my husband, he stuffed up right away!
It was conveniently located, so that is why we stayed there. Walking distance to the Plantation Walkway, etc. Looks great from the outside, and the staff was wonderful. Just wished the inside equaled that.

Please don’t believe the over 4 star review for this place. The lobby is beautiful, outside is beautiful but the rooms need renovating BAD. My lungs and breathing are all messed up from the mold in our room. It was so bad we had to leave. I get a room being outdated but the room was dirty and needs a deep cleaning
