Internet płatny, ale działa całkiem dobrze jak na indyjskie standardy. Pokoje przyjemne. Dla niektórych plusem może być to, że z hotelu na lotnisko dotrzemy w pięć minut. Obsługa próbuje być pomocna, ale Indie jakie są wszyscy wiemy. Wytarcie kurzu w pokoju, przekracza możliwości serwisu sprzątającego.

My honest Review:

My recent stay at hotel lalit left me quite disheartened. While the hotel’s amenities were decent, I couldn't help but notice a concerning practice that casts a shadow over its reputation. It appears that the hotel is engaging in the unethical practice of buying positive reviews.

After talking with a few other guests and local sources, I learned that the hotel offers monetary compensation to individuals in exchange for glowing reviews. This not only misleads potential guests but also tarnishes the authenticity of genuine feedback.

Such manipulation skews the overall rating and gives an inaccurate representation of the hotel’s services and facilities. It's disappointing to see a business resort to these tactics instead of focusing on improving their actual services.

I urge future guests to take the overly positive reviews with a grain of caution and seek out unbiased, genuine feedback before making a decision. Transparency and honesty should be the cornerstone of any business, and unfortunately, this hotel falls short on both counts.

I stayed 1 night (room 143) for a few hours before my flight so I did not experience the whole thing maybe. Hotel is right at the airport 2 min drive. Security is good, reception is fast in and out , 7/24 restaurants with good food is a real plus. Rooms, beds need update. There are certain details that made me feel that the hotel needs renovation.

My recent stay at The Lalit Mumbai was a bit of a disappointment, especially given its reputation. While it’s undeniably a massive hotel with an impressive number of rooms, the overall vibe felt off. The grandeur that one might expect from such a large establishment seemed to have faded.

At night, the hotel felt almost abandoned, with long, dimly lit hallways that gave a somewhat eerie, unsettling atmosphere. It was strange walking through such a big property with so few people around. The lack of energy and liveliness made it feel more creepy than luxurious.

While the basic amenities were there, and the service was acceptable, the hotel seems to have lost its charm. It lacked the warmth and vibrancy you would expect from a five-star property, and it left me feeling like the space was underutilized. Perhaps it's time for a refresh to bring back the spirit of what once made The Lalit stand out in Mumbai’s hotel scene.
