Had the absolute best hotel experience ever at the Bal Harbour St. Regis. If I could give the service 10/5 stars I would.

Special shout out to Clive and Gerry and the whole team at the beach, Riley the bartender, and Solange at Concierge. They left very strong impressions on my stay with their warm hospitality, but truly everyone was fantastic here.

From my own experience in the luxury travel industry, I know all too well the standards and challenges that staff at a 5 star property are tasked with handling and upholding, and I can say that even my highest expectations were far exceeded. Whether at registration, the beach or everywhere in between, I had nothing but exceptional interactions with any staff that I encountered.

At arrival, you are greeted with a complimentary beverage and the staff does not make you feel like you are imposing for any request or preference regarding your stay; instead do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and well accommodated.

Of course at any 5 star hotel the prices will be high for most things, but this place is worth it for the quality accommodations and outstanding service

Bring cash to tip the amazing staff here- they deserve it!

We were really looking forward to our stay expecting top notch service. The room was great, thoughtfully designed. Great location, across from the Bal Harbor Shops. We went for a wedding beautiful Bal room and outdoor area to have the ceremony.

We just had trouble getting housekeeping to make our room every day we have to call, because when we got back to our room late afternoon it was never done. When they finally came they were rude for having to do it. Similar situation when trying to order food in the pool or towel service. The service just didn’t go above and beyond what expect when staying in this kind of venue.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour is an absolute gem where every detail has been thoughtfully crafted for an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance and attention to detail were impressive.||The beach experience was truly exceptional. Soft, clean sand, the gentle ocean waves, and comfortable loungers made it the perfect setting for relaxation. Everything we needed was provided, from plush towels to private changing areas. We ordered non-alcoholic mojitos without sugar, and they surprised us with delightful sugarcane sticks, which added a nice touch to the drink.||Our lunch at the hotel was just as outstanding. We each ordered a salad, and the quality of ingredients, the flavor combinations, and the dressing were all superb.||The St. Regis Bal Harbour is truly a place where luxury and comfort come together for an exceptional experience. We already want to comeback!

Thank you so much, Ernesto (manager) for your hospitality! We came to this gorgeous resort from Tampa so that we were safe during Hurricane Milton. Everyone is extremely friendly, the gym is great, we appreciated the bike rentals, the pool is a nice area, and the room was clean/spacious. We enjoyed room service and coffee on our patio. We kept saying “I wish we lived here!” Unfortunately, we didn’t get an opportunity to enjoy the complementary champagne toast, but maybe next time! Thank you for the complementary coffee as well. The fresh flowers and lovely aroma in the lobby are a nice touch.

I just felt the need to express my gratitude to everyone here at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort that made my stay here with my family so special. Sammi accommodated us with a spectacular suite with amazing views of the resort and beach. Even had it's own private entrance from the main elevators which made it feel more at home while away. Dusko and his team run a great operation outside. We never had to lift our bags once. They were always on top of all of our needs! Finally the recreation team was amazing which made our relaxing days at the pool and beach so nice. Even on our cloudy days they figured out a way to make sure we were happy and comfortable! Thanks again from my family to all of you guys! We will be back for sure.

Spent a weekend to celebrate our Anniversary. What an AWESOME experience. I felt like we were royalty on how everyone took care of us. Hats off to Brittney!!! She is committed to her job and it shows. She made our stay an experience of a lifetime. Keep up the amazing customer service!!!!Can't wait to return for our next celebration.

Our first time staying at this beautiful property and it exceeded our already high expectations! My wife and I had the best time at the St Regis Bar with our amazing server Matthew who made our experience very special. He not only got some wonderful pictures of my wife and I, but also made excellent recommendations. The food and drinks were exceptional, and some of the best we’ve ever had - from the sushi rolls (the Astor and The Grand were standout) to the smoked old fashioned and the watermelon martini.
The spa experience was also wonderful, my massage therapist Marisol was amazing! We will definitely be back to this incredible resort!
