Recently I stayed in this hotel for a night before proceeding to Bandhavgarh. I saw some good reviews, pics and its proximity to the airport as my daughter would join us around 11 pm. The room they first gave was horrible it was very small ..,hardly any place to move ….the bathroom was very small too and dirty. The AC was not working too. The bed sheet and the stool’s linens were torn in couple of places. After 2-3 hours they changed our room. Now faced another problem..,The geyser was not working in the next room they allotted and I didn’t get hot water to freshen up the next day. The food (breakfast) was not at all good … vada were raw from inside and poha was taste less. Moreover, they don’t have their own parking place as I was asked to park my car in some building next to it. The staff had a lack lustre attitude and was not at all interested in booking a room for our return journey ..after 3 days on 12th October. Thank God they didn’t book and I had a nice stay in another hotel. I will not suggest anyone to stay here .., just decorating the hotel with some nice lamps and jhulas are not enough rather they should work on making the rooms better and comfortable for guests .

Comfortable rooms. Friendly helpful staff  Great hot breakfast with a lot of variety and range of items. Well planned breakfast and served in a homely style. |Location of hotel is good close to airport. |There are common living n dining rooms on each floor with balconies that gives a good place to relax. One is not restricted to the room. Hotel has lot of open common areas. |A new addition is a kitchen which serves excellent lunch dinner. |Chalet is my favorite stay in Nagpur!

Horrible experience!!! This visit was just horrible.. The cheap language and mindless words used by the Front desk staff … Power cut during night time…. Careless… During night power was cut and when I went downstairs to check the issue, the staff were chit chatting and no one bothered to turn on generator unless I complained… Ridiculous…

Aspects of Life With a little Spice

Recently I went there as I had to stay one night before proceeding towards Bhandhavgarh. Due to proximity of airport I chose this . The staff has a lack lusture attitude and will only do something after telling them 100 times . The AC of my room was not working then the room which they gave ….the geyser was not working and I didn’t get hot water for my shower in the morning and didn’t feel like complaining also . The food was also not atall tasty …. Vada was raw and poha ( tasteless) .
The other room in which my daughter and SIL stayed was quite claustrophobic and unclean , . Inspite of all these when I told to book the top room for me for 12 th October ( while returning from Tiger resort) …, they didn’t show any interest. Thank God they didn’t bother to book for me as I will not suggest this hotel to anyone . Don’t judge the book by its cover …, that’s the only thing I can tell about this hotel .

Good hygiene,Nice and caring staff (special mention, receptionists and Mr Shankar), limited but good and tasty breakfast, food preparation is good, one should try masala khichadi, rooms with balcony are the best, dining area may be provided with air cooling
