Cheap hotel, rude and 3rd class receptionist her name manha, if we want some she rudly replies we dont have staff, things will take time, doesn't know the basic customer service, my biggest mistake that I chooses this hotel, mr owner pls wake up, otherwise this receptionist is will mess up one day,

Non professional receptionist girl manha) mannerless, very bad behaviour by her, doent know how to talk with the guest, I guess this place has no managers also might be this is the reason and there is no one to help if customer is facing any problem, I don't recommend this hotel at any cost, every day same breakfast, will not visit again.

Amazing experience staying at Hotel Brijjin. Hospitality, cleanliness of the Rooms, especially bathroom it was super neat n tidy which I loved the most. All the staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was lovely but wishing to have more items on it. And yes delicious food in their restaurant it's completely light on your tummy.
Overall I recommend this hotel with 5 stars for corporates.
I had amazing time at hotel brijjin by Treebo.
Recommendation for owner- With an extra 300 bucks arrange airport/railway pick up-drop service which will add decent value in the competition.

Poor hospitality as they try to retrieve maximum amount from a customer and are extremely strict about their check-in and check out timings. No grace period, they charge a very unreasonably high amount for early check in even when the room is free.
Made me wait for 3hrs in the reception despite of having multiple rooms vacant.
The rooms are very average and not even close to the amount they charge.

Would recommend to NEVER STAY in this hotel.

- Reception Hospitality.
- Room ambience.
- You can't order food from Outside. You have to eat their Food Only. Outside food not allowed.

Only which I liked is Security Guard behaviour.

( a group with A turnover of Rs 2300 Crore ).
I had planned an official trip to Nagpur for two days
and my colleague Mr.Sachin Mahajan , recommended
staying at your property , Treebo
Tryst BrijInn .He made a booking for a triple
occupancy room over the phone on Saturday ,
March 9th receiving confirmation from your hotel .

The reservation was for check in on march 12th and check out
on March 14th with a total cost of Rs 5600 . However upon our
arrival at your reception today ,March 12th we were informed
by Mr.Mukul & Mr.Kunal Fuzale that there were no available
rooms.This was unacceptable and we were not provided
with a satisfactory explanation for this unethical practice.

Neither you nor your staff mentioned the requirement to
deposit the entire amount in advance when i made the booking .
Additionally your team confirmed the reservations to me in
writing via what's app .

I have been in sales for 28 years and have stayed at
Top Notch hotels across the country like Marriot and
i have never encountered such unethical ,
unprofessional and disappointing behaviour .

As consumers , we should be treated with respect , not insulted .
I will not be staying at your Hotel nor will i recommend it
to anyone in my network .

Please find attached the booking confirmation.

I urge you to take immedaite action to address this issue
and ensure that such disrespectful treatment of customers
does not occur in the future .

While booking early checking is subject to availability..after reached here they have charged 600 + for one hour. Not happy with rooms and service .

They have charged 6 k for singke occupicy..it's not worthy hotel ..they have only one lift entire budling..have to wait 15 to mints to reach your room ..they have bar in top.

Hotel is not worth. Specially worrst lady in reception..she doesn't know how to behave with customers. ..haven't informed about early check in ..after 3 hours she is informed about early check in charges...

I am traveller ..I have been there for many hotel's nevere saw these type ..

If you want to early forget it ..because Terence pub live music will disturb you always upto 1 am .
