We are North Carolina Hurricane Helene survivors. Relocating with two small children. The staff has been warm and welcoming and made us smile. It’s a beautiful hotel. Quiet, great view, pool and jacuzzi are such a treat after all we’ve been through. Mark at front desk was very helpful and kind. Parking attendants couldn’t valet my small uhaul trailer but were super accommodating while I unloaded and directed me to a trusted parking lot a couple blocks away. Just overall, lovely staff ❤️

DO NOT STAY HERE – Unprofessional Housekeeping and Management

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately left a few items of clothing (four in total) in the closet by accident. Immediately after realizing my mistake, I reached out to the hotel in hopes of retrieving my belongings. However, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience due to the lack of professionalism from both the housekeeping staff and management.

Since checking out, I have left eight voicemails for the lost and found manager, hoping for assistance. I also filed an online claim, providing detailed descriptions of the items and my stay details. Despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any helpful response or confirmation from the hotel. Housekeeping has repeatedly claimed they “can’t find anything,” which is hard to believe given that the items were left securely in the closet.

The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from the housekeeping staff and management is absolutely unacceptable. It is clear that they do not prioritize guest satisfaction or the integrity of their lost and found process. I would highly advise against staying here if you value your belongings and expect a professional standard of service. There are plenty of other options where guests are treated with respect and issues are addressed promptly.

Save yourself the stress and disappointment – find a hotel that actually values its guests.

The most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was nice. You can tell it was older and had been upgraded. But that bed. Bathroom was big and nice. Water was HOT and the shower had great pressure. Staff was friendly. Cool little bar, sadly the pool and bar close at 11 pm. There's a breakfast buffet for $24/adult. The location is great for walking around downtown or going just across the road to Bricktown. Parking is valet or on street if you can find a spot. Will definitely stay here again.

The valet folks are the best here. Ky was the first one to greet me when I arrived. Super nice kid and helpful. Got me set up for the week I would be there. Told me when I should call for my truck at different times. He set the tone for the week. The next morning Canary was by herself and I had an early morning meeting. She had a bunch of us trying to get our vehicles and get to work. She handled it like a Champ. Another smile and friendly face to see each morning. My final person that made my stay great is Ken. He helped me get my stuff all loaded up and secure for my final day in OKC and head home. There were 2 others that I didn't get their names but overall this crew all seemed to work well together and was always helpful. For something that is a headache to not have my vehicle accessible these guys made it bearable.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a work event in the area. I recently used the valet service here and I was impressed by the overall experience! From the moment, the guys were very professional and friendly. They greeted me promptly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The valet team handled my car with care, and I appreciated their attentiveness to detail. I didn’t have to wait long when it was time to retrieve my vehicle, which was a big plus, especially after a long day. The car was returned to me in the same condition it was given, which speaks to their level of responsibility.

Overall, the service was seamless, and I would definitely use it again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a hassle-free valet experience!

Love the grandeur of this hotel. It is an experience in its self. I love that people were mingling in the lobby area. Felt so friendly and like something that we have lost to plain roadside hotels. I took pictures of my great granddaughter in the lobby because it was cool. You wouldn't want pictures at a motel 6 or even a comfort inn. Staff were great and room was quiet. Some things showed age in our room, but I felt it was as clean as any other I had stayed in. A great time!

Cons: I was concerned about how dilapidated the pull out couch was. Had to ask twice to get bedding for the pullout. Only two towels in the room which we realized at midnight when we returned from the concert. No one brought more when we requested.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Water had excellent precious and heated up rapidly from the tap. Microwave and mini fridge were excellent. The 1/2 bathroom was a godsend while my teens got ready for their concert. The lobby is lovely and the bartender made a decent Bloody Mary. Price was excellent for the convenient location. We felt incredibly safe in the area. The staff we encountered were very pleasant. I’ve stayed more than once and will do so again. The cons definitely should not deter anyone but may be a note for management. Again, safe, clean, and comfortable far outweigh the minor nuisance of the Queen suite missing a few strategic linens.

The experience I had was amazing! The valet were very friendly and took care of my car! I’m not much on letting people drive my car but they have definitely changed my perspective on that! The hotel was amazing as well. But definitely giving a high praise for the valet
