Very nice store with every tool you can think of. On top of that they have different versions of the same tool depending on if you’re on a budget or if you want to spend more better quality/material.

Called needing wire wheel brushes for an older Makita. First guy I talked to said they had what I needed then passed me on to someone else. He misunderstood what I needed and unbeknownst to me guy that took my order thought I needed motor brushes for the grinder. I paid $18.50 for shipping something that weighed about 4oz that I did not need. When I called (twice)and tried to straighten it out they kind of blew me off and told me I got what I asked for, then told me they did not carry what I wanted in the first place. If they would have just refunded me the shipping I would have been Ok with the transaction.

So after writing my initial review they saw it and responded. It was a comedy of errors and bad communication on both ends but they said I would get a full refund and are making good.

Thank you guys happy to change from 1 to 5 stars.

Brought my Milwaukee Impact in for repair about a month ago. Before starting, the owner notified me that there had been some shipping delays, stock shortage on some parts, before asking if I wanted to proceed which was very professional. He even went the extra mile to find out whether my tool was still under warranty or not (which it was) which was a big help for me as far as cost wise. Got a call from the store when they discovered my parts were taking longer than expected to arrive for repair (which was awesome as well) all in this place has been On Poont and have def earned a future customer

Brought two Makita tools in for service didn't have the recipet for one tool, so they said they could not service it. Came to pick up both tools and they were both covered and fixed under the Makita warranty. Great service. Thanks Lee's Tools
