The room is spacious and location is very convenient. Lots of good eateries and grocery in walking distance. public transit is also easy to get to. we walked 5 minutes to the metro D line station easily. there is also bus stop right around the corner. the front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. the area is dirty due to homeless people and LA in general. but the hotel itself is very clean and quiet.

La chambre était propre, mais il faut avouer que le quartier la nuit fait un peu peur. Beaucoup de bruit, prévoyez les bouchons si vous voulez dormir tranquille. Parking gratuit très bien en revanche. Femme de chambre et réception tres bien.

the location is good - not noisy, near stores, few blocks away from good restos. they could at least add more lights on the room as its too dim esp at night. the building is not that new, even the rooms, but its pretty much okay since we'll just be sleeping there most of the time anyways... also, they should enforce strictly the no smoking policy on their rooms. when we get to our floor, there are no smoking signs everywhere, even on the doors of each rooms but it was reeking of smoke all over our floor... not sure if their smoke detectors work properly but for a floor to smell that way, i think they need some repairs or something.

Entsprechend der Lage ist das Hotel seinen Preis wert. Und auch wenn die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt sind, alles war sauber und, bis auf den Safe dem das Schloß fehlte, voll funktionsfähig. Das Personal war äußerst Hilfsbereit und der Zimmerservice absolut ehrlich. Ich empfehle aber beim Check in nach einem Zimmer zu fragen das nicht auf der Straßenseite gelegen ist. Dort ist es schlicht und ergreifen zu laut.

The people who serve as the hotel are very nice. Can't say anything negative about the staff. They did their best. But this is a rip off. The neighborhood is completely dilapidated. The rooms are old and worn. The building is essentially a teardown that Ramada/Wyndham is just trying to eek out as much as they can. If the rooms cost $79 a night, I'd be more forgiving but it was over $200 per night in a horrible area of Los Angeles. Don't stay there.

I was a little hesitant with writing a review, but I seriously felt so wrong not to. Lasted a night & a half here before waiting till daylight to check out at the front desk. Felt very unsafe here as the elevator is right off the curb of the street with allowing access to absolutely anybody.. location is walking distance too skid row and neighbourhood is flooded with homeless. I took weeks researching this hotel before booking with them & when I warn you not to compare the good and the bad, please just take my word and don’t book here. Windows have no screens and can just be flown open, 2 lights in my room kept flashing red when in the view of it… so I felt we were being watched. Water was almost brown & overall just not worth the price I paid. Paid about $160 a night and when I got the documents I had to beg for.. they stated I was paying $94.05 a night + a $15 bed tax fee. Hotel staff were nice, but def even felt a little off when having a convo with them. If you’re planning to visit LA seriously just make the commute and stay at best western in orange county and drive 45mins. Only good thing about LA is the few activities in the good part of town which is the rich area and was super disappointed in Disneyland as well.

Nothing too bad, nothing amazing.
Room is quite small but big enough for a family of 4.
Water coming out of the shower was quite cold, and if you want water you need to get it from the bathtub sink as well (bathroom sink is too short for bottles).
Service was good, new soap is given quite often and the room is always tidy. Location is great. Only downside is the bathroom which was a little bit run down. 6.5/10

For the the price the hotel was great. Clean, renovated although slightly outdated rooms (not an issue for us). The staff was helpful and there was free parking available as advertised. Out only problem was that the internet connection was so slow it simply didn’t work, so keep that in mind if you don’t have a SIM card.
