We were in town for Joni Mitchell concert at Hollywood Bowl. Location was excellent very close to restaurants and shopping. It was a safe area the only Negatives were our balcony door was broken and unable to lock. We asked for it to be repaired. Told it would be repaired the next day no one ever showed up. Parking was unfairly priced if parking is supposed to be 24 hours it should be calculated from check in. With all of that being said, I would stay again because the location is great. The staff is also pleasant and friendly

Stayed here for 4 nights as wanted to be close to the strip but not spending too much. The reviews before we arrived were a little worrying as many 1 star reviews. it wasn't as bad as many seemed to make out.

The room was spacious if a little dated in it's decor. The reviews of mould and smells seemed over the top from the rooms we stayed in.

Location was perfect for the strip and was fine to walk day or night.

I can’t recommend this hotel. Stayed here twice in 2 weeks. You have to request housekeeping the day prior which is fine however when I did it still was not carried out. Had to ask for clean towels and that was it, no offer to replenish consumables.
Hallways had cigarette butts, vending machine swallowed cash with no attempt to dispense items.
In room safe did not work.

We have stayed at this hotel previously primarily due to the great location which is easily walkable to restaurants and bars so we knew to have lower expectations regarding the rooms. However, our 3 night stay last weekend was ridiculous. In addition to the room being run down and the dirty bedspread and carpet, we could not access WIFI from our hotel room the entire time. On the first day we advised the front desk and they said they would have the off-site company reset the WIFI. The next day, we again told the front desk we still could not access WIFI from our room but could access it from the bathroom and the hallway outside of the room. We asked for a different room and they advised there were no rooms available. They again said they would contact the off-site vendor. I offered for them to give my room number to the vendor since it seemed specific to the room as we could connect in other areas of the hotel. We never heard back from staff or the vendor and were never able to utilize WIFI. When we checked out they never asked how the stay was and never mentioned the lack of WIFI. However, they had no issue quickly processing the charges. Paying that much for a rundown room plus high parking fees, I would expect at a minimum to have working WIFI. I would have also thought they would discount the parking or offer points in an attempt to make up for the inconvenience. Nothing. The great location definitely was not worth experiencing this hotel again.

The whole hotel was really nice and in a great location for the things we wanted to do and see. They let us do am early check in, which was really nice since we landed in LA so early. The room was very clean. It was nice and quiet. Overall a great experience

It was a business trip paid for by the company. The room was standard but should be updated especially for the price I seen it goes for. The desk drawer was broken and always opened by itself after I closed it. I didn't mention it to the hotel staff because I was too tired from a long travel day.
The room was pretty quiet except for the occasional sirens outside.
The staff did find a microwave for me and brought it to my room when I asked if there was one available and answered questions about the area, though. All in all I don't regret being booked there.
