As other reviewers said, it is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in and the service is some of the friendliest. There is an elevator even though pictures show a staircase.

The bed is a small Queen and might be even a double but is very comfortable. The blackout curtains make it very easy to sleep in,. And the neighborhood is very quiet. Great restaurants nearby.

And the biggest bonus is free parking in LA!!!

This is a very practical little hotel. For a reasonable price which included free underground on-site parking, I was perfectly satisfied to get two good nights' sleep. My room was neat and clean, the A/C worked well, and the bed was fine. This is a simple hotel that is safe and well maintained. Perhaps the walls were a bit thin, no fancy amenities, but my car was secure and I slept well and had a good shower. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, the room service during the day made everything tidy for me for my second night. Will book again.

What is there to really tell? A nice, safe, and pleasant spot to rest…smack dab in K-Town, LA. Went in with no expectations and left very satisfied. The staff are honest and you can tell they genuinely care about their duties, roles, and occupation/appearances to their guests. Safe Parking for my truck all trip without worries and while the surrounding area isnt the best, simply utilize Uber/Lyft to get around and the stay is great for what it is!

Great location in the heart of K-town, very close to amazing restaurants and Korean malls. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very welcoming. Free parking is a big plus, and it's easy to find. I would have given five stars if they had room service. That was my only complaint since you have to go to the front desk for extra towels. I was also surprised they didn't have toothpaste, even though the hotel looks very nice and modern.

Absolutely satisfied after staying in shaggy and disgusting Hometel motel on 8th street for $200 per night. This hotel is lesser than the price as well as clean and aesthetically pleasant. Very professionally managed hotel. Thank you for trying hard to make your customer happy!

If you're a compact or a clean air car, you're going to park 1st or 2nd level below ground and if you're a bigger vehicle, you'll have to park towards the bottom. There is an elevator ? on the lowest level.

Rooms are really nice and modern. We can in July and the halls are warmer but the AC is perfect in the room. Great views all around ?

I felt very lucky to find this hotel when planning my trip! I rented a car and was very happy with the central location and included parking garage. It was well lit and monitored, and you can take its elevator directly into the hotel. My room was clean, quiet, and safe. A security guard is in the lobby, and we never had any issues walking around. Some reviews mention the bed and pillows being on the smaller side, but my husband and I (both >5.5ft) were perfectly cozy sharing a queen room. Booked through booking.com ahead of time and checkin was easy, staff were all very nice. Kaffee Bohnen is a quick walk down the road and has great coffee and pasteries too! We will stay here again next time we visit LA.

This is actually a decent hotel located in the heart of Koreatown in L.A. It's close to many restaurants and shops and freeway access isn't far. I stayed one night and room was pretty spacious and bed felt comfortable. It was quiet for a Friday night. Parking was never an issue as I was able to find an open parking space throughout the day. The only minor drawback was there were some blemishes / damages in the room. They weren't too obvious. Perhaps they can recondition the room in the future. All in all, I enjoyed my one night stay and plan to book with this hotel again in the future.
