Nice property located near Chinatown in LA. Nice, clean, modern room and bathroom, very lovely shower. Room size was good. ample seating. ample outlets. Some thoughtful room features (i.e. under bed, motion-activated night light). Breakfast at the on-property restaurant was exceptional. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. The patio was pleasant. ||The one big negative is the external noise: I was on the 23d floor. My room overlooked an ongoing construction project, which was not something i wanted to wake up to. The night of our stay, there was a nighttime festival nearby - the music was so loud that, had I known the words of the song, I could have sung along.

My husband and I both very much enjoyed our stay here. The Staff were phenomenal. Excellent, top notch service. We always appreciated it when people addressed us by name. The food was delicious and presentation was wonderful. The amenities and the rooms were great. Highly recommend to anyone!

Fabulous hotel right in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. We stayed here one night and enjoyed the comfort of a Conrad hotel that they are well known for. Location is wonderful as they are right next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall and in the vicinity of many nice restaurants and cafes. Parking is pretty simple but valet is the way to go as in and out privileges are given whereas self parking saves a few bucks has no in and out privileges. The pool access is limited so we didn't get to experience that but there is an associated fee so we weren't able to experience that. The fitness center is excellent here as weights and cardio are available and the facility is clean and very well kept.

No complaints and I recommend Conrad Los Angeles highly for a very wonderful stay while staying in downtown Los Angeles.

Always love to try newer 5 star hotels, it normally comes with better rooms and service. And Conrad LA is definitely an amazing choice! Room, service and even food are all exceptional!
Pool and gym are nice, in house car service is a Lyft from hotel to within 2 miles. Turn down service is nice with relaxing music. Shower is great.
Hope u guys can keep up and will definitely come back for next trip.

Absolutely fantastic hotel!

I gave 4 stars for service ONLY because the service at the pool as slow and less attentive than anywhere else. In all areas other areas of the hotel service was proactive and professional - at the pool (both days fri and sun) you had to flag someone down and they seemed bothered.

The overall experience at this hotel far exceeded expectations - so beautifully decorated and the Conrad signature smell is amazing. You can’t go wrong!

Super nice new hotel with really nice amenities. I was a big fan of the byredo products that were made specifically for the Los Angeles Conrad. |Otherwise the staff is super friendly and the bar should not be missed. The colour scheme in the rooms is classic and calming. I would definitely recommend the Conrad in LA if you want to be centrally situated and easily travel to other parts of the GLA

Our stay at the Conrad Hotel in LA was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured we had a quiet, private, and fully catered experience without us having to lift a finger. Every detail was taken care of before we could even think about it, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance of so many great spots—Grand Central Market, The Broad, and stunning views of the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Plus, being right next to The Grand, designed by the iconic Frank Gehry, added to the experience. If you're looking for luxury and convenience in LA, this is the place to stay!

I was searching for a more sophisticated hotel to enjoy the Labor Day weekend in LA, and the Conrad did not disappoint. I arrived before check in since I wanted to drop my luggage off before getting some sightseeing in. I was greeted and welcomed the minute I drove up to the valet. Simple greetings really go a long way with me. As for the accommodations: I loved the warm lighting in the hotel room and the bed was seriously one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The shower and bathroom reminded me of a relaxing spa. In fact as soon as I got home, I searched for a store that carried the Mojave Ghost bath gel. If only I could find somewhere to buy the shampoo. If you're looking for a really nice stay in the LA area, within walking distance of great art, the Conrad is a solid candidate. I can't wait to plan my next stay here.
