Very satisfied for our weekend stay! The area surrounding the hotel is very clean, the Galleria was walking distance from where it is located. Staff is very polite and attentive, and Michael was an excellent member of the team who made our stay and guests feel very welcomed! The pool is nice, as well as the fitness center and the complimentary breakfast times are perfect. I would gladly return in the future if I were to visit again. There is a small bar for alcoholic drinks on the second floor, mostly where all the amenities are. Again, thank you Michael for your hospitality and Hampton Inn for such excellent service!

From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton. The location is great and so close and walkable to great shopping and restaurants. Our room was wonderful- very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The free breakfast is also great! Not a huge selection but still very enjoyable, the maple sausage, eggs, potatoes and the waffle bar was excellent. I enjoyed it so much I booked a room for my return trip later this week! Top notch stay Hampton!

We arrived about an hour before check-in and luckily a room was ready. The front desk staff were super welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I did not expect the daily breakfast to offer as much as it did and be as good as it was. You could tell the kitchen staff really took pride in presenting everything and made sure all guests got what they needed. Parking is $24/night but well worth it since it seems like parking is a commodity in the area. We’d definitely reserve another stay if we ever make it out in the future.

Needs improvement to make the stay as it should've been. There 5 nights and I got one day of housekeeping though I should have received at least 2 (every other day.) Took an act of congress to get 2 towels and a bathmat when I called and 3 and was told housekeeping is done at 3.... and I only finally got the 2 towels...rug/floor sticky upon arrival. Big stain on chair. Asked for quiet area and got 7 am construction and a neighbor with a rotating door (in/out heavy loud doors.) Well lit bathroom, windows crack open for fresh air, comfortable bed, appreciate mini-fridge and microwave, but the plate on mic was very wobbly and had to keep recentering it. Good breakfast and location within walking distance of Americana and Galleria! Parking extra. Would like to stay there again if these things are addressed...

Everything was clean and in good condition. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. By US hotel standards the breakfast was good and I liked the 24 hour coffee station. The beds were comfy and the wi-fi was fine and there was a good selection of TV channels available to watch. |My son and I loved the pool; since it is heated we could enjoy it even though it was a bit chilly. I will stay here again next time I visit local family.

Flew in from Dallas and picked this hotel for a concert we were attending the next day.

Black out curtains? That's a definite no. Look at a previous guests complaint about their curtains for a photo. Too much light gets through and I definitely lost sleep because of it.

The street noise, random hotel banging, and footsteps from the people above us that sounded like they were training to be in River Dance had us going mad. The pillows were rather flat, sheets a bit on the rough side and the carpet. O.M.G. the absolutely filthy and sticky carpet that I mistakenly walked on barefoot in our room.

Front desk lady, wonderful. Breakfast, not bad but their staff was great at keeping the area clean and stocked.

The location was amazing and close to everything you needed, but I just dont understand how the carpet situation has failed to have been mentioned in previous reviews. It's quite shocking to see it got this out of control, so much so, my socks would get dirty from just walking in my room. I had to walk in sandals (in my room) the rest of my stay.

The staff is very attentive. Ive stayed here before and they are always welcoming. The rooms are clean and breakfast does not dissappoint, it’s a basic buffet but it complements the stay. |I was upgraded because of my hilton honors status. I appreciated the upgrade. ||I also stayed here on December 2022. Different kind of room but we were even able to watch the World Cup final on the common area. We also had an amazong experience during that stay. The staff at the buffet was so kind.||The location couldn’t be better. The Americana is just across the street. Glendale Galleria is one block away. Many restaurants and dining options around the corner.

I'm a loyal, longtime Hilton Honors customer so I recently stayed at this location for work. I unfortunately left two nice shirts hanging in the closet — one was vintage from my grandma so it had extra meaning.

*Also, the shower wasn't draining properly and had to be rigged to drain.*

Once I realized I had left the shirts, I immediately called that next day. The woman on the phone gave me lame excuses and wasn't helpful.

I'm furious with the handling of these magically disappearing shirts and I will never stay at this location again after the lack of due diligence from their team.
