Miejsce powinni raczej zamknąć, zburzyć i postawić od nowa. U nas robotnicy by tym pogardzili. Pokój średnio sprzątnięty, z klimy śmierdzi, jakieś kapsle na dywanie i ah… dywan… cała tablica Mendelejewa. Nawet nie chce zgadywać po czym. Wyciek ze spłuczki. Obsługa w recepcji miła i uśmiechnięta ale nie ratuje to sytuacji. Dałbym zero ale się nie da. Śniadanie tragiczne.

The room was awful and was very stinky to the point my wife vomited when entering the room. I called the front desk and they were no help. We have family here in Fresno and visit often. We will never stay here again. Please note there had been some smoking in the room previously. The toilet was rocking. There were cigarette butts in front of the door to the room.

Positive: The pool area and outside areas are clean. The price was very good. There is gated parking. AC++.The neighborhood has a transient population milling about, not uncommon these days unfortunately. NO ADA access for 2nd floor rooms. Recommend if on a budget. Negative: The gated parking was not locked. Anyone can pull up and the gate will open. The room was VERY run down and dirty. Within 30 minutes on entering the room, I was bit 3x by mosquitos ( I killed three). And I was bit 2x by a spider within the 1st hour.

My 1 night stay for business as a travel nurse working 13hr night shift, was fantastic! Dolores & Jocelyn at the front desk are very friendly, polite, positive, and the reasons I will be looking forward to returning. The pool is sparkling clean. And the AC and water pressure in the shower is strong. Thank you for a memorable welcome and stay. 1st time in Fresno.

Positive: Very nice pool, comfortable beds, good AC, great location. Negative: The room had dirty walls, broken door areas, not well maintained, we asked for towels twice and never got them, the room key had to be reset each day after being stored in the special cover not near wallet.

Customer service and friendliness of staff has improved greatly. Rooms are clean, the beds are perfectly made and it's cozy. Also, the grounds are well kept, the pool and hot tub are maintained.

The service use to be good this location now it how poorly decreased. The service was horrible my last stay with two evening ladies yet the ladies in the morning are super sweet. I notice the evening ladies are not taking care of the rooms properly for the morning crew to have ease and keep things in tact by morning evening has gone chaotic. If they get back to normal I would give 5 star across the board.
