My recent experience at this hotel left me extremely disappointed. We arrived late in the evening to find that our room was far from the standards we expected. Here's a breakdown of our unfortunate stay:

? Check-in chaos: Despite checking in late, our room was not prepared for our arrival, setting the tone for the entire stay.
? Uncleaned room: We were greeted by used towels left in the bathroom, a clear sign that the room had not been adequately cleaned before our arrival.
? Hygiene issues: To our horror, we discovered strands of hair and even curled hair inside the telephone, which raised serious concerns about the room's cleanliness.
? Unapologetic staff: Upon complaining about these issues, the staff's response was shockingly unapologetic. Not a single word of apology was offered, leaving us feeling unheard and undervalued as guests.
? Lack of amenities: The room lacked basic amenities. There were no toiletries, no kettle, and we had to make do without these essentials.
? Dirty comforter: The comforter had slimy marks, further adding to our discomfort and disgust.
? Missing dust bin: Surprisingly, there was no dust bin in the room, making it inconvenient for us to dispose of our waste properly.
? Bathroom woes: The bathroom drain was clogged, making our daily routines more challenging and less pleasant.

On a positive note, the hotel did provide us with parking upon our request, but this was the only aspect of our stay that could be considered satisfactory.

I and a friend not mine had a beautiful stay of 3 days in treebo trends restr inn and it was really beautiful , the staff if super friendly and polite. If you have any problem at anytime they are there for your help , I find the stay really simple and sweet. I would really recommend this hotel treebo trends restrinn (nagpur) to friends , family and even unmarried couples. ||During my stay there was not at all any problem and I have stayed here for 2 trips and everytime it's a wonderful experience, the rooms are clean but compact. It's best for a 2 person stay and the only problem you can face here is of drying your clothes. Apart from than everything is good. ||I would highly recommend this to anyone especially couples.

Decent enough place for a short stay, or if you plan to be outside all day and come here just for sleeping and freshening up the next morning. The best part about this hotel is not the hotel itself, but the neighborhood where it's situated - a very decent, predominantly residential neighborhood with a park/garden near by. Groceries and medicines are also available at walking distance.

The manager and the lady at the reception are both kind and helpful, but the other staff - untrained boys in their late teens / early twenties are super annoying. Be prepared to ignore their behaviour.

I will highly advise against paying online if you plan to stay here. Arrive here, inspect the room allotted to you, get it changed if it's not clean, or doesn't meet your expectations. If you are not happy, go somewhere else.

I stayed for 2 days in nagpur when I was visiting a friend. The place is well maintained. The rooms are hygienic but only upto the standard of a 2-3 star hotel. I found a girl's hair on the floor when I checked in, which isn't a big deal but yea proper cleanliness could have avoided that. ||The room service is good the reception is ready to address all concerns. The bathroom was better than expected from a budget room. There was no disturbance and hassles in checkin check out or during the stay.||The reason for taking out two stars is that the location was not convenient. The stay is in a little remote place away from all main highways and if you are not travelling in a cab you might not find any auto or anything and will have to walk miles to get there. The other reason is that there was no catering service in hotel which they should have considering its not a well located area where all nearby restaurants are available.

The stay at Nagpur was pleasant. The room was spacious and the ambiance was peaceful. The proximity to the airport was a bonus. Improvements : the maps given in the online app for booking should be made more intuitive, they did not take to the right place. Also the breakfast could have been little more than a couple of slices of breads. Perhaps, add some fruits?

I am very sceptical while travelling with family and this is really what you would wish for.||A great place, rooms are neat, staff cooperative and the room size is not big.||||Washrooms which normally is great concerns are really well kept.||Linens quilts AC all were nice.|| ||I had to rush early morning so couldn't have my complimentary breakfast so cant comment on it.||Overall Great stay.
