Wonderful stay at Hotel Seven Suite in Abhyankar Nagar, Nagpur! The staff was welcoming and efficient, and the rooms were spacious and spotless. Excellent amenities. Perfect location near local attractions and dining spots. Highly recommend!

Visited last year and it was great. Recently, the hotel smelled musty, service was poor, and the rooms lacked amenities. Not recommended anymore.

Rooms are just ok ok and service is not upto the mark.
Everything we have to ask and if you come early you have to pay early checking charges and they are not giving bill for the extra charges.
Not recommended for family.
For Solo traveller it's ok.

This is definitely not a budget hotel apartment for room quality and service. I stayed for 3 days. No housekeeping. Look out for roaches. I was first taken to a different room on floor three. Saw many insects roach like freely moving around on the floor. My room was changed immediately. Don't expect hot tea/coffee till 8.30/9.00 in the morning. Lift call button on floor three was not working. I had to walk down the steep stairs. Not very comfortable. Going up was ok. The cramped lift has a solid metal door. Feels claustrophobic. If stuck it can be a problem situation for the feeble and weak.

The front desk had one staff member. He is all in all. And was surely very helpful though he has his limitations. It is situated in a safe and quiet surrounding. Surely it must be ok for families to stay. A bit of a walk and there are few restaurants. Taxis and autorickshaws are available. Airport and railway stations are 15 minutes away.

Overall the stay was just ok.

Worst hotel experience ever! Asked to pay full amount in advance. Rooms had a very bad odour. No towel provided. Paid 2000 for a room not worth paying 1000 for. Also had to call the hotel 100 times to get the bill.

We stay here for 1 day and 2 night. There is no proper service given by hotel staff like rooms are not clean, no water provided when reached in rooms, towels not provided, no toilet paper, no soap. Mirror in the bathroom is like you cannot see your face.
No hot water was provided.
Breakfast was not served properly. They order limited breakfast from outside, if one of the breakfast item is finished and customers ask to repeat then staff replies it's finished.

Hand spray was damaged and removed, AC is not working properly huge water was dripping inside on the floor. TV was not working. Lift door at third floor is not opening. Therefore we must use stair all the time. Very bad experience. I am not recommending this worst property.
